In HIV-negative subjects, each 20% increase in activated CD8 cells was associated a borderline significant bias difference of −5.7 mL/min/1.73 m 2 (95% CI, −12.2, 0.6) for eGFR cys , but no bias difference for eGFR cr (0.4 mL/min/1.73 m 2 ; 95% CI −5.4, 6.2).
