When the association between DPB1 and GPA/PR3-AAV was examined, DPB1*04 : 01 (the risk allele for GPA in European populations) also showed a trend for association with predisposition to PR3-AAV in the Japanese population (P = 0.057, OR = 1.89, 95%CI: 1.03–3.45) ( Table 4 ).
Hence, using two-factor repeated-measures ANOVA across time, the lower Mtb load in co-cultured macrophages as well as macrophages co-cultured with LAG-3 silenced blood-derived T-cells, was marginally significant ( P = 0.0574892) relative to infected macrophages ( P <0.01) at 96h ( Fig 3A ).
The majority of study participants who progressed to this combined endpoint met the CD4 criterion (15 versus 17 for prednisolone and placebo, respectively), whereas only a much smaller fraction of study participants reached the clinical endpoint “onset of AIDS-defining condition” (4 versus 11), and differences in this purely clinical endpoint did not quite reach statistical significance (p = 0.0575).
Despite a significant main effect in the beta 1 band, and a medium Cohen’s d effect size of 0.66, the decrease in beta 1 following 5.6 mg/kg narrowly missed statistical significance on the Holm-Sidak post hoc test (p = 0.0578; Fig 4 ).
In a multivariate analysis, an LAD-LCX angle greater than 60° showed a trend toward predicting significant LAD stenosis (HR, 3.14; 95% CI: 0.96–1026; P = 0.058).
We also found a nearly significant negative correlation between female touches and ejection latency (First visit: Spearman R = -0.36, p = 0.058; per visit: Spearman R = -0.61, p < 0.001; N = 29).
When women heard a male voice ( Figure 1c ), the LIST x CUE interaction was marginally significant, F (1, 80) = 3.7, p = . 058, η 2 = . 04, without being qualified by PROSODY, p >.4.
The average input resistance in the hyperpolarizing range was also smaller in VE neurons than in LOC neurons and almost reached statistical significance (VE: 541±181 Mohm; LOC: 871±81 Mohm, p = 0.058).
There was a trend towards significance for saccade direction to influence discrimination performance (F 1,5 = 5.977, p = 0.058), but no significant interaction with either character position (F 6,30 = 1.778, p = 0.138) or side of the fixation point (F 1,5 = 1.364, p = 0.296) was found.
In relation to the absence of monofilament sensation, a higher percentage of individuals with greater carbohydrate intake exhibited neuropathy, which was statistically borderline significant (P = 0.058).
Myotubes from middle-aged sedentary individuals showed a borderline significant (P = 0.058) increase in GLUT4 at the plasma membrane in the basal state compared to young myotubes ( Figure 4B ).
During correct decisions, pilots over the age of 45 showed a nonsignificant trend for greater activity in the bilateral caudate compared to younger pilots ( p = .058; ES = 0.39).
However, we found a difference in GSH levels between patients (n = 15) and normal controls (n = 5) in subjects with the G/G genotype of the GSTT2 (Met139Ile) gene, although the difference only showed a trend toward statistical significance (p = 0.058) ( Figure S1 ).
On the biconditional analysis, Group and Time also interacted, F (1,76) = 7.966, p = .006, η ρ 2 = .095, although this was only marginally significant when covariates were included, F (1,72) = 3.697, p = .058, η ρ 2 = .049.
After further exclusion of patients who used a PRL-raising AP from the analyses only the patient-control comparison in femoral BMD changes remained partially significant (total BMD: B = 0.032, 95% CI -0.001 to 0.066, p = 0.058; Z-score: B = 0.269, 95% CI 0.012 to 0.526, p = 0.040; and T-score: B = 0.254, 95% CI 0.001 to 0.508, p = 0.049).
In conformity with Aβ immunoassay observations, Western blots of tau and α-synuclein did not show significant deviations between AD cases and ND-HPC ( Figure 6 ) although the 40–58 kDa tau isoforms had borderline significance ( p = 0.058).
Examining MPO positive cells across all axolotls (n = 16) the effect of days post injury approached significance (F = 3.04, p = 0.058) and post-hoc comparisons revealed a significant decrease in neutrophil levels at D7 (t = 2.014, p = 0.0226).
