An interaction term approached significance ( P = 0.06) in the full model, but the corresponding main effect of treatment was noticeably not associated in this modeling scenario ( P = 0.16).

This was an unexpected finding because a high dose (400 mg/kg) of resveratrol has been shown to protect soleus muscles from hindlimb suspension-induced atrophy [ 18 ], and we had previously found a strong trend (p=0.06) for a lower dose of resveratrol (12.5 mg/kg) to reduce disuse atrophy in the rat gastrocnemius muscles from old rats [ 19 ].
There was a marginally significant difference in diversification rates between small and large chromosome clades ( P = 0.06, Mann-Whitney U-test).
Participation in community salons showed a positive trend with frailty, as shown in Table 1 (p = 0.06), although the association was not significant in any adjusted model.
Effects of age and treatments on fasting plasma insulin, HOMA-IR and RMR A nearly significant effect of treatment on fasting insulin was revealed (dF = 2/26, F = 3.141, p = 0.06), while no significant effect of age was found (dF = 1/26, F = 1.722, p = 0.201), nor was a crossed effect found (dF = 2/26, F = 1.856, p = 0.176) ( Table 1 ).
Deer groups tended (marginally significant, with P = 0.06) to diffuse at a faster rate when they travelled in areas composed of a smaller percentage of potential foraging patches.
Please remark how the continuous NRI achieved near significance (0.085; P = 0.06), providing further evidence of the value of OPN when estimating risk for the composite event.
Trends, which approached significance ( p = .06), indicated that LPS-treated males exhibited fewer exploratory head dips in the holeboard apparatus than their saline-treated counterparts, Fig. 3c .
At child age 5 months the same association was almost significant (p = 0.06).
There was a trend toward significance for GluA3 (t = 2.00, df = 16, p = 0.06), and levels from plannexin-treated rats were lower than controls following the probe test ( Figure 7C ).
Recent negative interpersonal events had a significant negative relationship with the volume of the right hippocampus (β = -.29, p = .02) and a marginally significant negative relationship with the volume of the left hippocampus (β = -.26, p = .06).
It was also increased with increasing age (p = 0.0006), especially up until the age of 30 years, and in those with a visible BCG scar, although this was of borderline significance (p = 0.06).
However, the proportion of genus Roseburia negatively correlated with plasma glucose at levels close to significance (R = −0.52, P = 0.06; data not shown), whereas the opposite trend was observed for the genus Prevotella (R = 0.32, P = 0.15; data not shown).
SPECT/CT was significantly more accurate for experienced than for inexperienced readers (p < 0.001), while there was borderline significance concerning MRI (p = 0.06).
We found moderate, marginally significant ICC for positive movie (r = 0.3, p<0.06, two way random model) and high, significant ICC for negative movie (r = 0.613; p<0.00, two way random model).
A further interesting finding is that the connectivity strength of RS1 (RS period before the task has started) showed a trend for a significant correlation with subsequent task performance (Pearson’s r = 0.43, p = 0.06, see also File S3 ).
FA asymmetry of the lower corticomotor tract correlated significantly with AMPS-M (R 2 = 0.44) and JHFT-AI (0.33), and approached significance correlating weakly with AHA logit (R 2 = 0.24, p = 0.06), but not with other clinical scores.
However, Red Meat induced a greater small intestinal tumor load (p = 0.05) than Fish, and the difference was reflected by a borderline significant increase in average tumor size (p = 0.06) ( Table 4 and Fig 1B ).
Feeding the low fat diet, however, lowers myoglobin levels in Cpt1b m-/- mice to the point where they are no longer significantly higher than controls fed the same diet (p = 0.17), but are lower than Cpt1b m-/- mice fed a chow diet with marginal significance (p = 0.06).
The difference between conditions in attributing ethnic stereotypes to environmental causes was marginally significant, F(2, 1157) = 2.82, p = .060, η 2 = .005.
However, the broader definition of district level reporting did present a marginally significant association (p = 0.06), which indicates that there may be an association between MU presence in a specific community and BU presence in a district.
Although it did not reach statistical significance, we could see a clear trend in decreased urotensin concentration in the athletes compared to the control subjects ( p -value = 0.06).
Correlations further indicated a marginally significant positive relationship between TLE and parent age ( r = 0.15, p = 0.06), and none between TLE and the other two potentially mediating factors, gender and immigrant status ( Table 4 ).
