The main effect of Period was marginally significant ( F (1, 55) = 3.22, p = .08, η p 2 = .06), which indicated that VC was higher before the pandemic than after.
Testing for neurovascular coupling showed a trend towards impaired primary vasodilation and secondary vasoconstriction (p = 0.08, p = 0.09 resp.) initially and partial recovery at the time of follow-up, indicating a relative improvement in a time-dependent fashion.
Tukey contrasts revealed that brass players and pianists do not differ in any of the measures (all p>.73) but contrasts between the non-musicians on the one hand and the pianist or brass groups on the other yielded significant or marginally significant differences (all p<.08) ( Table 2 ).
Our results showed a trend toward a 4% increase in the NAA/tCr ratio between sham and tDCS conditions ( p = 0.08, Cohen’s d = 0.52) and no significant changes in any other metabolite ratios ( Fig 3 , Table 2 ).
In the Volleyball group, although there were no significant results regarding MC, comparisons did reveal a trend towards significance comparing the 10 to 12 and the 16 to 18 age group (p = 0.08), suggesting potential decreases in MC with age.
This trend is not fully significant (P = 0.08; unpaired t-tests), but becomes significant if the sole mitochondrial gene (ND2; not supporting Toxicofera) is removed (P = 0.04).
Spliced variant of fibronectin, extra domain A ( ED-A ), showed a trend towards higher mRNA expression in the mucosa of IFX failure patients compared to IFX naïve patients (p = 0.08).
A similar effect may be acting in our study populations, as a near-significant ( P = 0.08) negative correlation was detected in epidemic years between phenotypic diversity of resistance and disease prevalence in local Mountains populations [20] .
The interaction yielded only marginal significance however (F 1,28 = 3.29, p = 0.08).
Early Time Window (150–350 ms post-onset) In the analysis of the main set of electrodes, there was a marginally significant interaction of Violation×Anteriority (F(2,30) = 3.1; p = .08).
Adjusted coefficients were larger than crude associations, not sensitive to modelling specifications, and statistically significant for highway proximity while of borderline significance for PM2.5 (P = 0.08).
For the DLPFC, there was a marginally significant scan × perceived criticism × valence effect, F (19,679.0) = 1.49, p = . 08 and significant perceived criticism × valence effect, F (1, 429.4) = 19.9, p <.0005 with a larger PC differential response in the criticism condition than in the praise condition.
Compared with the Control and LP groups, the CP group showed a trend for increased osteoblasts (control group, 15.09 cells/mm 2 ; LP group, 18.55 cells/mm 2 ; CP group, 25.44 cells /mm 2 ; control vs CP, p = 0.08; LP vs CP, p = 0.33) in the cranial, middle, and caudal areas as well as the entire bone.
The difference between both groups regarding individual entropy was slightly significant [F(1, 41) = 3.17; p = .08; η p 2 = .07], with a higher spread of fixation distributions for subjects who rated images as interesting ( fig. 5D ).
Furthermore, we observed a marginally significant interaction between product visibility and integration between identities ( b = 0.57, SE = 0.33, z (1) = 1.76, p = .08).
In three independent preparations, no difference in pERK1/2 abundance could be detected ( Fig 10A and 10B ), however, 20 nM prorenin caused a strong trend towards increased ERK1/2 phosphorylation (p = 0.08).
