Chi-square tests of independence showed that the success rate was not dependent on the age or gender, but the patients showed a trend of lower success rate (p = 0.14) compared to healthy controls.
The group with stage IB1 tumors >2 cm had statistically deeper cervical stromal invasion (9.99±5.04 mm, p<0.001, Kruskal-Wallis test), higher incidences of LVSI (45.3%, p = 0.002, chi-square test), and greater lymph node metastasis (24.2%, p = 0.002, chi-square test) compared to the other 2 groups (stage IA2 and stage IB tumors ≤2 cm).The group with stage IB1 tumors >2 cm showed a trend toward a higher incidence of parametrial invasion (9.5%, p = 0.14, chi-square test) compared with the other two groups (stage IA2 tumor, 0%;stage IB1 tumor ≤2 cm, 4%), though it did not reach statistical significance.

Overall Gprc5b levels, determined with a primer set (A/a) that amplifies a region common to both Gprc5b_v1 and v2, showed a trend towards an increase on day 17 (1.8 fold; p = 0.14) after normalization to beta-actin levels ( Fig. 4A , 3 rd panel from top ).
A main effects MLR model identified age (p = 0.0001), center (p = 0.0004), and melanoma subtype (p = 0.014) as significantly influencing BRAFV600 mutation probability; ultraviolet (UV) exposure showed a statistical trend (p = 0.1419).
The same pattern is seen when three participants who detected the manipulation were excluded, with the exception that the intercept for the liking ratings in Experiment 1b now failed to reach marginal significance ( t = 1.519, p = .142).

In addition, analysis using the Hosmer-Lemeshow statistic suggested borderline significance (p = 0.143).
In the lungs, there was a mild trend toward increased ACE2 mRNA expression at the end of the dark phase of the LD cycle in E2-treated rats compared to the control (t-test, P = 0.145).

PBMC comparison showed a trend to greater differences in SCR when the patients were off-ART (p = 0.146) ( Figure 1b ).
In addition, a weak trend towards an inverse correlation was observed between HOMA-β and TAC-AUC ( P = 0.1474, R^2 = 0.0039) ( Fig 5B ), whereas there was no correlation between ISI and TAC-AUC ( P = 0.8939).

Hemoptysis positive patients showed a trend of a larger total growth of the pulmonary artery during follow up (3.82±2.77 mm vs. 2.68±2.81, p = 0.149) and a trend of a faster growth per month (0.156±0.146 vs. 0.063±0.151, p = 0.107).
There was a weak trend (F 1,42 = 2.16, P = 0.149) towards lower 15 N loss from columns from extensively managed grasslands ( Fig. 4A ), but the total amount of added 15 N leached did not differ between management types.

At baseline, diacerein-treated participants showed a trend (P < 0.15) toward lower systolic and diastolic blood pressures compared to placebo participants, which is consistent with more frequent use of ACE inhibitors.
However, the difference was statistically significant only at 1 hr after spinoculation ( p <0.005); differences fell short of significance at 2 and 4 hr ( p = 0.15 and p = 0.053, respectively).
This finding was almost significant (p = 0.15).
A possible trend was found for higher diversity being associated with greater risk of virologic failure in adults (OR = 2.2 per one percent APD increase, 95% CI = [0.8, 7.2]; p = 0.15).
Notably, total serum RNA level had a decreasing trend in the S-R group at day 3 ( P = 0.15) and day 7 ( P = 0.09) postoperatively (n = 5) ( Fig 3 ).
