WMI showed a trend toward a positive association with DTI-ALPS (β = 0.252, p = 0.054), and PSI showed a borderline negative association (β =–0.277, p = 0.056), though both were just above the conventional significance threshold.
Luminescence readings in the lungs on Study Day 12 were significantly ( p ≤ 0.05, Dunnett’s multiple comparison test) lower in the group treated with mIL2-mIL12 and the TK-mIL2-mIL12 groups compared with the vehicle control and there was a trend towards significance for the group of mice treated with PEG-mIL12 ( p ≤ 0.054, Dunnett’s multiple comparison test) (Fig. 5 B).
Furthermore, we found that the distribution of the environments within the two clusters according to the ceiling height was close to being significant (χ 2 = 5.85, p = 0.054): the 78% of designs with constant ceilings belong to the LAPV cluster, while the 61% of designs with decreasing ceiling belong to the HANV cluster.
When hippocampal recordings were analyzed instead of cortical EEG, the greater theta power in 5 week-old Tg2576 compared to WT mice was closer to significance (p = 0.054) but did not strictly meet criterion (p < 0.05).
This difference was borderline significant ( p = 0.054), indicating a potential trend towards higher seropositivity among previously diagnosed individuals.
Post hoc analysis indicated a statistical trend toward increased COP-FD in the HC group under the EC compared to EO (mean difference: 0.047, 95% CI: -0.001 to 0.094, p = 0.054).
Although we attempted to match the two groups in terms of age, sex, and IQ, the difference in IQ between the two groups just failed to reach statistical significance (p = 0.054), with the musicians’ mean IQ being higher by 5.4 points.
0.40 ± 0.09, P = 0.011), showed a trend to be larger at early filling (0.90 ± 0.34 vs. 0.62 ± 0.16, P = 0.054) but showed no inter-group difference at late filling (0.33 ± 0.15 vs. 0.27 ± 0.11, P = 0.3804).
Reduced binocular AA was associated with headache ( r = – − 0.492, n = 40, p = 0.001) and combined headache and trigger points (borderline significant; r = − 0.311, n = 40, p = 0.054).
The SEM disentangled the direct and mediated contributions of each predictor, showing that the indirect effect of age-squared via hearing sensitivity was only modest (β = 0.09, p = .042) and marginally non-significant in its linear path (β = 0.07, p = .054).
Overall, the stressed mice showed a trend of increased αCaMKII protein level ( t (10) = −2.1, P = 0.054) but a significantly decreased phospho-αCaMKII protein level ( t (10) = 2.96, P = 0.02) compared to the control mice ( Fig.
1 B), we found that participants in the training group showed greater improvements than participants in the control group, although this group difference was only marginally significant for the DMC trials ( p = 0.054).
The values and coefficients of the test and the results of the discriminant analysis are displayed in Table 3 . Additionally, when classifying participants as treated with buprenorphine or methadone based on the sub-dimensions of the five-factor personality model, the discriminant analysis approached significance levels (χ 2 = 18.06; p = 0.054).
However, the pairwise comparisons of the EMM showed no significant changes from baseline in the control condition ( p = 0.062), while a significant increment was found in the “active*stable 360° video” condition ( p = 0.014) alongside a borderline significant increment in the “active*3D model” condition ( p = 0.054).
For the negative traits POs were lower for ingroup than outgroup, but the difference was only marginally significant ( t = 2.55, p = .054, Cohen’s d = 0.25).
Treatment eyes (T) in older children also showed a trend towards decline in MP and ALE with progressive age (r = − 0.38, p = 0.054; r = 0.39, p = 0.052 respectively; Fig. 3 c,d).
Such dyad-specific synchrony was significant during the positive (p < 0.001) and marginally significant during the negative (p = 0.054) movie but not during baseline (p > 0.25) (Table 1 , Supplementary Fig. 1B ).
The difference between the frequency distribution of coding and non-coding heteroplasmies was approaching significance (Kolmogorov-Smirnov (KS) Test, p = 0.054) with non-coding heteroplasmies tending to be at lower frequencies.
Fear expressions ( M = 69.56, SE = 1.76) were rated the highest, being rated as more arousing than the expressions of happiness ( M = 61.54, SE = 1.83, p = 0.001) and disgust ( M = 41.76, SE = 1.86, p < 0.001), and with marginal significance larger than the expressions of anger ( M = 66.33, SE = 1.93, p = 0.054).
PRP/SPM-high treatment also significantly reduced the gene expression of MMP13 ( p = 0.034) and showed a trend toward lower COL2A1 expression ( p = 0.054) compared to PRP/SPM-low.
Nonetheless, exposed females also showed a trend towards significance for increased CD36 protein expression levels ( p =0.054), compared to their sex-matched controls.
