Being the difference between the two adjusted means (−65.08) highly significant ( p = 0.0003), the most important factor affecting the ASV reduction observed in women with HR-HPV clearance was due to the treatment with the probiotic (Online Resource 16).

Our results revealed highly significant synergistic genetic interactions between neb and polo for both symmetric cell divisions and earlier cell divisions ( P = 3.89 × 10 −4 and P = 1.00 × 10 −6 , respectively), but no significant interactions in the case of asymmetric cardiac progenitor cell divisions ( P = 0.117) (Figs. 5 a,d,e, 6 b, Supplementary Table S1 ).
There was a highly significant difference in the total uptake at t = 114 h (p = 4 × 10 −4 ) and t = 234 h (p = 3 × 10 −3 ), confirming that the rate of uptake of the A10.1 accession was greater than that of the Ast-1 accession.
Conversely, a highly significant correlation was observed between steroidogenic efficacy and RT (Pearson r = 0.8526; P = 0.0004; r 2 = 0.7270) ( Fig. 5D ).
We noted a significant trend (p = 0.0004) across MC1R risk categories with tendency to burn: Hispanic individuals in the medium (OR: 3.4, 95% CI: 1.2–9.2; p = 0.017) and high (OR: 8.4, 95% CI: 2.5–28; p = 0.0005) MC1R risk categories were more likely to report skin that burned (including sunburn without blistering and severe burning with blistering) compared to those in the low MC1R risk category.
We identified several nominally significant associations with average SD-OCT measurements (Table 1 , Supplementary Table S2 ), of which 10 remained significant after multiple testing corrections (p < 0.0004 (0.05/(4 × 33).
The conditional sums of squares of E a estimates revealed highly significant interspecific differences in the temperature dependency of both GP max ( F = 4.4; P -value = 0.0004) and NP max ( F = 8.4; P -value < 0.0001).
Subsequent PCR- based HPV typing using type - specific primers revealed 32% were infected with HPV type 16 whereas 6% were found to be positive for HPV type 18, while in BPH controls only 5% of the BPH controls were infected with HPV 16 and this difference was highly significant (p = 0.0004).
The spatial cross correlations between the HCP task networks and Smith’s BrainMap networks ranged from r = 0.26–0.74, with the minimum r = 0.26 being highly significant (p = 4 × 10 −4 , corrected).

Trend analysis showed that the tuberculosis treatment failure rate had an increasing trend from 2015 to 2021 ( Z = 3.563, P = 0.0004) (Fig. 1 a).
This highly significant difference in self-renewal pattern (p < 0.0004; two-tailed Fisher's exact test) is consistent with nuclear Lgr5 marking HF-SCs that shift between symmetric self-renewal and asymmetric self-renewal in response to Xn.
Heteroplasmic constitutional alleles showed a significant trend towards reduction or loss of the minor allele – represented as decreases in HF – in the corresponding tumour (p = 0.00047, t = 3.815).
Differences were considered significant with a P-value below 0.05 (p < 0.05, *), highly significant (p ≤ 0.005, **) and extremely significant (p ≤ 0.0005, ***).
Posterior cranial base model This model explained a greater proportion of the variance (R2 =0.211; adjusted R2 = 0.185) and was highly significant ( p = 0.0005).
Similarly, carotenoid content (CAR) exhibited a highly significant positive correlation with biological yield (BY) (r = 0.8447, p = 0.0005*) and TGW (r = 0.7378, p = 0.0062*).
A highly significant binomial GLMM (χ 2 ML = 33.24, N obs = 196, P < 0.0005; Table 1 ) revealed that, while controlling for the potentially confounding effects of age, sex, group size, the number of zoos a subject had lived in, and task identity, Sumatran subjects were significantly more likely to solve a task than their Bornean congeners (B = 1.934, SE = 0.74, z = 2.63, P < 0.01, Fig. 1 , Table 1 ).
This difference was highly significant (n = 3, p < 0.0005).
3C , and revealed highly significant changes as a function of gestational age (p < 0.0005) and mouse model (p < 0.0005).
This relationship was fit using gamma regression and a log link, the results of which were highly significant (p < 0.0005, Supplementary Fig.
As shown, the msRT for the familiar face was ~60 ms longer than for each of the other faces, with a highly significant group average effect of 73 ms when comparing the familiar face to the average of all non-familiar faces (Fig. 3a , left panel, p = 0.0005 in a non-parametric permutation test, see Methods).
