In the present study, the significant higher abundance of Beijerinckiaceae at the end of the dry season when compared with the rainy season, and almost significant at the transition between rainy and dry season would support the possibility of a higher abundance of bacteria in the soil linked to the phyllosphere when litter inputs and accumulation are at the highest 56 .
Excerpts
Patulibacteraceae showed higher relative abundances at Time 1 than Times 2 and 3 and Beijerinckiaceae higher relative abundances at Time 3 (and an increasing trend at Time 2) than Time 1.
Long-term records from single rural weather stations can be less reliable, but quality controlled data for the region around Liuku show the same warming trend as at XTBG 45 and, in contrast to XTBG, a significant trend of decreasing rainfall of 27 mm per decade 46 .
Plankton biomass partitioning Total plankton biomass (from pico to micro size) showed a decreasing trend from the surface (on average 29.3 μgC L −1 ) to the deepest water masses (0.3 μgC L −1 ; Fig. 3A , Supplementary Table S2 ).
All patient groups were matched for global cognitive impairment by their CAMCOG and MMSE scores, although the AD group showed a trend of lower cognitive impairment compared with the other dementia groups.
The B6 mice in Group 1 had no significant IOP changes between time points, yet showed a trend of slight IOP increase in the older individuals, consistent with normal age-related changes reported in a previous study 22 .
a negative trendgold
Although the PDSI had positive values from September 1967 to January 1996, indicating normal and wet drought conditions (Table C1), it has a negative trend.
Carotenoid content of the stressed plants showed a decreasing trend with a greater reduction in content under SS than MS (Fig. 6C,D ).
a negative trendgold
These increases in rainfall, soil moisture, and vegetation together lead to a substantial reduction of the dust abundance in this region, especially the Thar Desert, as shown by a negative trend in satellite-retrieved aerosol optical depth.
TiO 2 bulk treatment accounted for moderately significant increment in ROCK1 expression and non-significant increment in expression of ROCK2 (Fig. 4g and h ).
An increase in number of SNPs in the window resulted in a decrease in the LRT especially for the HHM approach, leading to the mean LRT being borderline significant at the genome wide 5% level for the largest window (with 72 SNPs)(see Supplementary Tables S3 and S5 ).
a clear trendgold
4E ) showed that tissue phosphorylation was inhibited in the V565 treated cultures with a clear trend for greater inhibition at higher V565 concentrations, reaching 68% inhibition at 300 nM V565 relative to the control VHH.
An increasing trend of plant density at rate of 597 plants ha −1 yr −1 for the years 1939–2009 was reported for Kansas 12 .
a positive trendgold
Same study indicated a positive trend for kernel weight for US, Canada and Argentinian hybrids.
These differences were statistically significant but the effect sizes were not substantial to support genuine relevance, except Verrucomicrobia , which was both highly significant and had a high effect size (a measure quantifying the magnitude of difference between two groups).
68 reported that decline indices had an increasing trend in the oak forests of Lorestan province.
DLK1 levels showed nominally significant increase in both patient groups compared to HC with no differences between BD and SCZ.
However, the low level of corporate culture, uneven distribution of workload, outdated teaching methods (there are quite significant dynamic changes in the world), insufficient attention to innovation and transformation are constant challenges, both for the heads of higher education institutions and for a teacher, in terms of ensuring quality of educational program, which requires a responsible attitude to the distribution of financial and human re-sources.
Overall, the NH 4 + -N concentrations showed a decreasing trend throughout the experiment at each sampling point.
When flooded, the marsh is considered to be highly significant for waterbirds 49 and some sixty species, or 36% of the regional avifauna, depend partly or largely on the marsh 50 .
The luminal-Her2 subtype also displayed rounder follicles in non-sentinel LNs and a statistical trend for rounder germinal centers (significant negative correlation with non-circular follicles and higher LN levels and statistical trend for negative correlation between non-circular germinal centers and higher LN levels; Table 5 ).
6 ) 2) No information was given regarding the amount of SAD exposure for either the CAF-exposed or control infants; 3) The benefit pertaining to cerebral palsy and neurodevelopmental impairment is apparently ephemeral - for both conditions the benefit was considered weakly significant at 18–21 months of age, but was absent in the same cohort at 5 yrs 48 .
We could show a statistical trend for MA but it did not reach statistical significance.
Interestingly, a similar trend was observed in other mouse TB models where RZMH consistently showed a trend towards inferior results compared to RZME and/or RZM 12 .
Soil Organic carbon (SOC) content showed an increasing trend in all except the control plot throughout the experiment (Fig. 3 ).
