Comparison between the ratings of the general public and veterinarian responses was highly significant (LR = 330.31; df = 6; p < 2.2e -16 ) with veterinarians rating dog breeds as less sensitive overall than the ratings from the general public.

Highly significant p -values for both directions (lesser and greater, p < 2.2 × 10 −16 ) were recorded.
The final model was highly significant ( p = 2.2e−16), and for all three cancer types IRF1 was identified as a significant explanatory variable for CD274 expression (Table 1 , left 3 columns).

In addition, CREB1 is the top upstream regulator of the 465 overlapping differentially expressed genes (see previous texts) and there is a highly significant, negative correlation ( r = − 0.91, p value = 2.2E−16) between the fold changes for these genes—including the 58 direct CREB1 target genes—in the two comparisons (Supplementary Fig. 3 ).
The enrichment for tryptophan-depletion-induced W>F peptides (44 versus 4) is highly significant, considering the globally reduced protein expression ( P < 2.2 × 10 −16 ; Fig. 2b, d ).
While the p -values are highly significant ( p -value < 2.2e–16), this is likely due to the large sample size, and the relationship between TE content and gene expression is rather weak (Fig. 3 G), suggesting that genes can be highly expressed despite containing substantial intronic TE densities.
Food Deserts: In stark contrast, the food desert index showed a strong and highly significant positive spatial autocorrelation (I = 0.4563, p < 2.2 × 10 −16 ).
