3C ), we observed that palmitoleate (16:1), a major constituent of the glycerides in human adipose tissue that has been associated with increased insulin sensitivity ( 31 ), exhibited a highly significant change with CR (3.61-fold, P = 1.9 × 10 −5 ).
The 3′ UTR of HCOI00821400 showed a small (10.5%) but highly significant reduction ( p = 1.9E-5) in expression in the presence of the forward hco-miR-9551 , while there was no difference in expression for the 3′ UTRs of HCOI00084600 and HCOI01910900 when cells were transfected with the forward or reverse hco-miR-9551 .The mean of three experiments comparing expression in the presence of the forward hco-miR-9551 relative to the reverse is shown in Figure 7 .
did not reach statistical significancep-value < 1.93 × 10 −5
The top result did not reach statistical significance (Bonferroni threshold for number of genes, p-value < 1.93 × 10 −5 ) was with increased predicted expression of ETS variant 4 ( ETV4 ; chromosome 17; p-value = 0.0015).
This is a highly significant enrichment (p-value = 1.98e-5, hypergeometric test).
Another haplotype located just 5′ to MSRA showed nearly significant over-transmission to individuals with MI, indicating that it conferred risk for MI (59 informative families, raw P = 1.99×10 −5 ; Bonferroni P = 0.057).
Age as a qualitative variable (calves/adults) was found to be highly significant in univariate analysis ( p significance or p -value = 2 × 10 −5 ).
As a result, chromosomal differentiation between mtDNA subclades across both traits was highly significant (Fisher’s exact test, Chi-Squared > 26.46, d.f. = 4, p < 0.00002), but it was high and significant for A-chromosome number (F ST = 0.763, N = 82, p < 0.00001) and low and not significant for B-chromosome frequencies (F ST = 0.090, N = 41, p = 0.179).
We found that this relation is quite significant (MIC = 0.54, p value ≤ 2e−5; see “ Analysis ” under the “ Methods ” section).
Again, a highly significant (p = 2 × 10 −5 ) overlap was observed in kidney cancer.
In 1971, Pauling published a meta-analysis in which he showed that there was highly significant evidence from four placebo-controlled trials that vitamin C is beneficial against the common cold with p = 0.00002 ( 56 ), a conclusion that has since been corroborated in a large series of further randomized trials ( 57 , 58 ).
ID 653 was therefore experimentally regrouped into the viral group, which resulted in a highly significant p-value ( p = 2e -5 ; Fig 7B and 7D ). 3.2.2 Bacterial No statistically significant group differences could be detected for bacterial presence in this investigation.
For the lodging-resistance trait, eight true SNP markers were detected in the five loci located in chromosomes 1В, 2А, 3А, 3D and 6А as per the physical mapping of reference bread wheat variety sequence IWGSC RefSeq v1.0. Highly significant ( p < 0.00002) associations were observed for loci QLdg.icg-1B and QLdg.icg-2A in chromosomes 1B and 2А, respectively (see Table 2).
The log-rank test for a difference in the CIF for GFNA between recipient age <50 and ≥50 years was highly significant, yielding p = 0.00002.
Compared with the CC-Random group ( Appendix A:Supporting Information S2 ), The relative matched frequency (RF) of the BFE-mRNA sequence was more obvious in these two regions, and the difference in RF at the 3’end was highly significant ( t -test, p < 0.00002).
Importantly, we also observed a highly significant inverse correlation with the expression of AR (P = 0.00002) (Figure 1 A).
Further, the differences between them were highly significant (Mann-Whitney U -test, P = 2 × 10 −5 ).
For this case, all parameters were reported as extremely significant ( p -Value < 2 × 10 −5 ) with the following coefficients: (10) k 13 = 0.74957 · ( w t 13 ) 3.283 + 0.07617 · T 13 Although other polynomial alternatives were contemplated as well, including additional second or superior order coefficients did not improve the prediction capabilities. 3.2.2.
Indeed, used alone, CD9 based sorting yielded a highly significant, 14-fold enrichment in CD140a + /PDGFRα + cells relative to their unsorted dissociates (t-test, p=0.00002).
Compared to non-HDP individuals, subgroups 1–3 each had a large effect size for PAPPA2 (joint Cohen’s d = 1.05 [95% CI 0.91–1.19]), whereas subgroups 4–8 each had small effect sizes for PAPPA2 (joint Cohen’s d = 0.18 [95% CI 0.12–0.25]), a highly significant increase in effect size of 5.7-fold (95% CI 4.0x–9.3x, p < 2e−5) suggesting a strong placental involvement for subgroups 1–3.
