After regression analysis was performed, the quadratic polynomial regression equation describing the effects of CAR/GEL mass ratio (A), CS concentration (B), and GSA/CUR dosage (C) on the comprehensive score (Y) was obtained as follows: (11) Y = 0.66 − 0.041A + 0.019B + 0.036C + 0.061AB + 0.075AC + 0.027BC − 0.054A 2 − 0.091B 2 − 0.054C 2 Analysis of variance (ANOVA) for the response surface methodology (RSM) experiments ( Table 7 ) revealed the following: The regression model was highly significant ( p = 0.0002).
Excerpts
Two-way ANOVA revealed an extremely significant effect of OPI-T dose ( p < 0.0001), a non-significant main effect of palmitate ( p = 0.4701), and a highly significant interaction between the two factors ( p = 0.0002), indicating that the antioxidant effect of OPI-T is strongly dependent on its concentration and is particularly evident under lipotoxic conditions, showing an antagonistic interaction with palmitate.
Cytotoxic effects of 5′DFUR, and to a lesser extent those of 5FU, were enhanced in TP clones as compared to control cells: there was a highly significant correlation between TP activity and in vitro sensitivity to 5’DFUR (r 2 = 0.91, P = 0.0002, n = 8) and, to a lesser extent, to 5FU (r 2 = 0.49, P = 0.053, n = 8).
Although only 16 among the 702 participants had experienced a stroke, a highly significant association to the Lewis(a−b−) blood group was observed for this group (P = 0.0002, OR: 22.28; CI 95: 4.72–131.63 - Table 2 ).
To assess the relationship between the color contrast values for each image and choices, we regressed the counts or frequency of choice for a specific angle over the levels of contrast of each painting's rotation; this regression analysis revealed positive (see Figure 9 ), moderately significant, correlations (CIELAB: t = 3.9, p = .0002, R 2 = .148; De Valois: t = 6.1, p < .0001, R 2 = .304).
There was a highly significant difference of the mean internal carpal tunnel ratio between male patients and controls (male patients: 0.42 ± 0.05; male controls: 0.34 ± 0.04, P = 0.0002) as well as between female patients and controls (female patients: 0.39 ± 0.06; female controls: 0.35 ± 0.04, P = 0.034). 3.1.2.
For the Ncl window (240–285 ms), a highly significant main effect was found for condition ( p = 0.0002) and group ( p = 0.039) with higher GFP for the IC condition and in the group with 22q11.2DS.
This trend was highly significant ( P = 0.0002), partly because of a large sample size (550 pictures), yet not very steep ( b = −0.057).
The difference was highly significant (P = 0.0002).
Both regressions were highly significant ( p -value = 0.0002 for seed viability and <0.0001 for seed counts).
There was highly significant difference on RI value at day 14 in dogs graded on day 1 of the trial as nonambulatory paraparetic versus paraplegic ( P = .0002), but treatment group remained not significant because of equal distribution of these grades between groups ( P = .73). 3.2.
By 17 weeks, the RNFL showed progressive thinning, with a highly significant difference between CON and gOHT groups (p = 0.0002).
The difference between the frequency of nodal involvement in the patients without distant metastases (21.5%) and those with metastases to an osseous (39.0%) or visceral site (50.9%) was highly significant ( P = 0.0002); that between those whose first distant metastasis was to the viscera and bone was not statistically significant ( P = 0.249).
Stratified analysis by imaging modality revealed that the correlation between the PMR-AS and the FAPI-PET Visual Index was strong and highly significant ( R = 0.751, P = 0.0002).
These results were corroborated by PERMANOVA, which confirmed no significant difference between the two rhizosheath communities (Permutation tests, R = 0.256, p = 0.089) but a highly significant difference between the rhizosheath and bulk soil communities (Permutation tests, R = 0.9, p = 0.0002) ( Figure 4 a,b). 2.3.2.
The only positive results were observed in a subgroup with a high rate of spontaneous mutation in CTCs, with a clearly significant RR (83 vs. 33%; p = 0.0002) [ 56 , 70 ]; Olaparib–Abiraterone.
We found a modest but highly significant increase in Sgg::YFP levels at stimulated NMJs (12.4 ± 0.02%; P = 0.0002, Student’s t test; Fig. 8, I–K ).
However, there was a significant trend toward slightly lower shorebird richness in the latter decade (2.9 vs. 2.5 out of 6 species, on average, P = 0.0002).
A highly significant ( p = 0.0002) QTL, located at 38.46 cM (D19Mit53) on chromosome 19, had a LOD score of 5.78.
Similarly, the improvement in criterion two, from 61% to 85%, was highly significant (p=0.0002).
This relationship remained and was more highly significant in the sensitivity analysis with only one record per patient and the average CT included in the model (–0.07; P = 0.0002).
The total signs in February 2020 was 6.2% (10/162) and the total signs in the control group over all months was 1.4% (12/837), which is highly significant ( p =0.0002).
Notably, we found the rate of overlap with Neanderthal introgressed segments to be highly significant ( P < 0.0002, permutation test) ( Fig. 2B ), supporting the hypothesis that certain NUMTs were introduced into the modern human genome via archaic admixture rather than by chance.
In line, a highly significant positive correlation between IL18 gene expression and HIF1α scores was observed ( r = 0.6516 and p = 0.0002; Figure 5D ).
For instance, nine of our candidate cancer genes were also contained in the Cancer Gene Census list, which comprises 487 genes causally linked to cancer [ 11 ], representing a highly significant enrichment ( Abl2 , Braf , Fbxw7 , Foxp1 , Ipo11 , Mllt3 , Fas , Pten , and Nf1 ; p<0.0002, Fisher’s exact test).
