Moreover, as anticipated, differences between the mean pH values of the n = 6 participants included in this phase of the study were indeed very highly significant ( p = 9.42 × 10 −23 ), with ranges in their mean values being 5.49–6.37.
This difference was highly significant (Wilcoxon rank-sum test, p = 9.46 × 10^-23).
This difference is highly significant ( t -test, p -value < 10 −22 ) and clearly demonstrates the improvement of the pop-out recombination step or the counterselection step with 6-MP. 3.5.

Strikingly, we found that 41.9% (1328 out of 3173 sites) were edited at significantly higher levels in the brain than in non-brain tissues ( P < 0.05, Wilcoxon test), which represented a highly significant enrichment for brain-specific editing compared to various negative controls (see ‘Materials and Methods’ section) ( P < 1 × 10 −22 , Fisher’s test) (Figure 5H and Supplementary File S1 ).
The enrichment for suspected translationally repressed transcripts among the dysregulated proteins of the P clag - cdpk1-gfp was highly significant (p < 10 −22 ).
Statistical validation of these compositional shifts using chi-squared tests revealed highly significant alterations across all comparisons ( p < 10–22), with effect sizes ranging from moderate to very strong (Cramér’s V = 0.29–0.56).
In the final combined analysis, there was highly significant evidence for association with MS in this region ( p = 1.1e− 22).
Friedman tests consistently ranked FW-CAGIN first (mean rank = 1.0 across all features and datasets; Appendix B , Table B6), with highly significant differences (χ 2 = 73.73–105.21, p < 1.18e−22; Appendix B , Tabke B4).
First, an analysis of expression levels using RNA-seq data from the Maize Gene Atlas [30] reveals a small (∼20%) but highly significant depletion of low-expressed genes (p = 1.30×10 −22 by Mann-Whitney test and ≈0 by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test) ( Fig. 6 ).

The significant association between assessment patterns with readiness to feed was demonstrated by a highly significant χ 2 test result, which was 95.68 and p < 1.35 e − 22 for 2 clusters (ready to feed vs. not ready).
To validate our networks, we determined whether our NBIA-containing modules are composed of the same genes as those in publicly available caudate nucleus networks ( Oldham et al., 2008 ) and identified a highly significant overlap between these two basal ganglia networks (e.g. our brown module vs their M16C module: p = 1.38 × 10 − 22 ; our green module vs their M9C module: p = 2.69 × 10 − 166 ).
This revealed a highly significant relationship between the level of methylation of the CASP1 promoter and CASP1 mRNA expression in ALL cells (p = 1.4 × 10 −22 ; Fig. 1F , Supplementary Fig. 2 panels A–C ).
The upstream regions of 17 mid-meiotic internal TSS were found to contain MSE sites ( Table 3 ), an extremely significant enrichment (p<1.5x10 -22 , Fisher's exact test).
This overlap is still highly significant, although less striking than in SAT (p = 1.6 × 10 -22 ; Fisher's exact test assuming that 20,000 different genes were tested).
The DML overlap between the two cohorts was highly significant ( p = 1.71 × 10 −22 , 8.17 × 10 −33 and 3.13 × 10 −44 in B cell, memory T cell and Naïve T cells, respectively, by hypergeometric tests).
Among the IFN -inducible genes, HLA-DPA1 , PSMB8 , PSMB9 , TAP1 and TAP2 were proximal to rs3129750, a highly significant genetic variant associated with TB ( P = 2.51e-22), providing genetic support for these genes as potential host targets.
Educational Resources also presented a highly significant effect ( p = 2.8 × 10 −22 ), with a moderate degree of association between categories ( φ c = 0.439), and the same was true for ESAR Facets ( p = 5.15 × 10 −16 ; φ c = 0.366).
Restricting to individuals with Asian or European ancestry, we confirmed a highly significant increase in EGFR mutation rate in tumors from individuals with Asian ancestry (18% in samples of European ancestry; 57% in samples of Asian ancestry; p = 3 × 10 −22 by logistic regression).
