We further observed a suggestive trend toward increased CASP8 expression with the risk alleles of the three CASP8 variants.

Indeed, a suggestive trend was observed in our data, in the hypothesised direction.

Some other prospective cohort study showed a suggestive trend of reduced glaucoma risk with higher intake of folate (vitamin B-9) i.e., compared with the lowest quintile of cumulatively averaged total folate intake, the MVRR of exfoliation glaucoma or glaucoma suspect for the highest quintile (Q5; ≥ 654 μg/day) was 0.75 (95% Confidence Interval [CI]: 0.54–1.04; p for linear trend = 0.02) ( 17 ).

This limited cohort ( n = 7) showed a suggestive trend favoring HSCT, though the sample size precluded formal statistical analysis. 4.

The four groups did not differ significantly in depressive symptoms from CDSS, although there was a suggestive trend for the AA group to have higher scores than the other three groups (see details in Supplementary Table A1 ).

However, arguing against such an association was our failure to detect, among patients with an ST131 or H 30R isolate, even a suggestive trend toward more severe disease or a greater likelihood of infection-associated clinical manifestations or persistence/recurrence.

Although ecological categories were not statistically significant, a suggestive trend emerges in morphospace: arboreal species (e.g., Boana raniceps , Dendropsophus marmoratus , Nyctimantis brunoi , Trachycephalus mambaiensis ) cluster toward the right, whereas aquatic species shift toward the left (e.g., Lepidobatrachus laevis ).

In multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF) data, BAP1 -mutant tumors ( n = 3) showed a suggestive trend toward higher overall CD8 + density and nominally significant increases in PD1 + CD8 + T cell density and the CD8 + PD1 + /CD8 + ratio across intratumoral (IT) and tumor-stroma interface (TSI) regions ( Fig. 5C and table S5).

No association between TSH levels and TgAbs was seen despite a suggestive trend ( Fig. 3 ).

In the linear regression models adjusted for age, BMI and creatinine, we found a suggestive trend for lower serum INHB among women with higher urinary MEHP concentrations ( P- trend = 0.06) (Table 4 ).

Instead of a quantitative LGE assessment, we found a suggestive trend qualitatively that patients with LGE just localized at the apical cap less frequently had malignant arrhythmia compared to those with dense LGE extending toward the level of obstruction.
