While no individual epistatic association was genome-wide significant (p< 2.56e-10), several approached significance (p< 3e-8).

Secondary Analysis of GWAS Finding In our study, the variant rs4242007 was in near-complete linkage disequilibrium ( r 2 = 0.98) with rs4074555 (chr4:57110400, C/A), which itself approached significance in the primary GWAS ( p = 1.07 × 10 −7 ).

However, the locus at 9q31 spanning RAD23B identified in the analysis of AD+A again approached significance (Table 3 , best SNP rs60819822, O.R. 0.86 (0.81, 0.91), p = 1.75 × 10 −7 ).

We found that performance on the digital cognitive battery and EC tau proved to be more predictive of diagnostic status than Aβ and performance on the digital cognitive battery was qualitatively better compared to tau, and this approached significance (digital cognitive battery vs cortical Aβ p < 0.0001, EC tau vs cortical Aβ p < 0.01, digital cognitive battery vs EC tau p = 0.07).

The SZ_128 and SZ_342 features had no association, but the SZ_1M was higher in this subgroup compared to the other cases (Cohen’s d = 2.66) and could have approached significance (p-value = 1.48 × 10 −4 ) if not for the Bonferroni correction.

It is interesting to note, however, that H3 tSNPs approached significance for protection against degeneration of the macula and the posterior pole of the retina ( p = 1.76E−4–9.49E−4, OR = 0.91; Table S19 ).

Statistically, when we examined the effect of α angle and BifA, we showed that the α angle approached significance [OR, 1.054 (1.026–1.083), p < 0.001]; however, only the BifA angle retained significance after the multivariate analysis [OR, 0.911 (0.877–0.946), p < 0.001].

This difference approached significance using a paired t -test, p < 0.001 (Cohen’s d = 1.10).

Finally, the interaction group by delay approached significance, indicating that PWS increased their tapping variability more prominently as the delay increased (ꭓ 2 (1) = 29.09, p < 0.001), compared to the control group (ꭓ 2 (1) = 18.09, p < 0.001).

Although the relationships between sentinel spectral features and markers of inflammation were all significantly attenuated when controlling for BMI (which accounted for 13%–31% of the unadjusted associations, P = 0.03 to P = 2.0 × 10 −16 ; Table 5 ), almost all of the feature-inflammation associations remained significant ( P = 0.0002 to P = 2.0 × 10 −16 ; Table 5 ), with the exception of the association between glutamine/proline betaine at IL-6, which approached significance ( β = −0.25 ± 0.08; P = 0.002; Table 5 ).

The results produced no significant differences with the exception of the “look after her/him” act which approached significance [ t (399) = −3.14, p = .002, d = .34].

The interaction between day-level autonomy support t and autonomy orientation t on day-level meaningful work t+1 approached significance ( b = − 0.048, p = .003), so was the interaction between day-level perceived prosocial impact t and prosocial orientation on day-level meaningful t+1 work ( b = 0.075, p = .001).

The negative association between depression and being employed approached significance (ß = −0.23, p = 0.004), which correlates to earlier studies regarding connections between self-efficacy 89 and self-worth 93 and employment.

DQA1*05:05 carriage approached significance for endoscopic remission at the Week 52 timepoint in SERENE UC (odds ratio 0.545, p = 0.005), and the allele had a consistent direction of effect, lowering the odds of a patient being in remission, in all tests except clinical remission in the smallest cohort (SERENE CD, Week 56: 153 patients).

The ratio of IRS‐1 S636/IRS‐1 approached significance (one‐way ANOVA p = 0.0051, post hoc ctl‐HI p = 0.073) following HI treatment and was higher following HI/MET treatment relative to ctl ( p = 0.0039) and MET ( p = 0.0017) groups (Figure 2d ).

No relationships were evident for irritability, tension (this approached significance, p = .0058), salivation, or the two affectively positive factors (positive anticipation, positive mood). 3.4.

However, it approached significance and demonstrated a similarly moderate effect size (HAI; r = −0.347, p = .006, n = 62).

Although the data for the foveal area approached significance (patients: 33.41 ± 6.44 (33.85 [27.20, 38.83]%); control group: 27.71 ± 6.28 (27.14 [24.25, 30.42]%); p = 0.006), the consistent trend of reduced flow density persisted.

Subsequent ANOVAs between just the three positive and negative coupling schemes showed significance between the positive and approached significance between the negative coupling schemes (F(2,20) = 6.644; p = 0.006 and F(2,20) = 2.794; p = 0.085 respectively).

Although the difference in TT4 levels (t = -2.718) approached significance before correction for multiple comparisons (uncorrected p = 0.008), it did not remain significant after Bonferroni correction.

Due to a small variance, differences in the 3 wo group approached significance (t(4.5) = −4.10, p = 0.012, p adj = 0.059, d = −2.90 [−11.60, −1.68]).

Cosinor analyses revealed 24 h rhythmicity for NR1D2 and PER2 and approached significance for CRY1 ( p = 0.013, p = 0.013, and p = 0.051, respectively) in week 20 in the treatment group only.

The only item that approached significance was “climbing the stairs in good lighting” ( P = 0.029, FDR-adjusted q = 0.063).
