A slight trend was noted toward an increased risk for failure with advanced age, but it did not reach statistical significance ( P =0.063).

These results are consistent with those of previous research [ 13 ], and is believed to be due to the fact that the EG in our study showed a trend of increased resting BDNF levels after 8 weeks of taekwondo even though the difference did not reach statistical significance.

With the exception of health service navigation, mean effect sizes from all other heiQ domains showed a positive trend for My Joint Pain users compared to the nonusers, although the differences between groups did not reach statistical significance.

Recently, one study found that the presence of NAFLD showed a favorable trend on survival rates in CRC patients, although the data did not reach statistical significance ( P = 0.079), perhaps in part due to the small number of patients (227 patients) and poor statistical power. 20 Therefore, we aimed to design a large and more statistically robust cohort study to investigate the impact of NAFLD on the prognosis of patients with CRC.

However, according to CAP, GLP-1RAs only showed a trend of better effects than TZDs and did not reach statistical significance.

Expression of CD32 on CD141 + DCs showed a decreasing trend already after 8 weeks, but this change did not reach statistical significance (p = 0.0651; S3 Fig ).

The corresponding OR of failure of SLNM showed a trend with 3.8, but Chi-Square test did not reach statistical significance in this subset of patients (p = 0.09).

A previous history of transient ischaemic attacks or stroke also showed a trend towards increasing prevalence across BMI categories; however, the numbers were small and the differences did not reach statistical significance.
