Although the frequencies of binucleated cells and micronuclei did not reach statistical significance between groups, the DNA damage index (assessed by the comet assay; visual score; Figure 2 ) was significantly higher in the exposed group ( p < 0.001), supporting the genotoxic potential of Mancozeb in real-world occupational conditions.

Hemoglobin levels (43.8 versus 65.3 g/L; P = 0.094) and hematocrit (14.3% versus 20.7%; P = 0.150) were lower in the autologous blood group, and white cell count was higher (0.15 × 10 9 /L versus 0.06 × 10 9 /L; P = 0.071), despite using identical volumes of PRBCs, but this did not reach statistical significance; platelet counts were however statistically lower in the banked blood group (45.0 × 10 9 /L versus 0.9 × 10 9 /L; P < 0.001).

SAT showed a decreasing trend in the highest tertile, although the between-group difference did not reach statistical significance. vBMD demonstrated consistent decreasing trend with rising TyG levels ( p < 0.001).

However, MR-Egger, simple mode, and weighted mode methods showed similar coefficient trends but did not reach statistical significance The CAUSE method further validated the causal relationship between Aβ accumulation and CSF pTau levels ( p =0.001).

C3a-desArg levels in the 4 mM citrate group tended to be lower as compared to the 3 mM citrate group, but the difference did not reach statistical significance (main effect of time p < 0.001, citrate group p = 0.107 and interaction effect p = 0.246).

Analysis of the little data available on endothelial function [ 11 , 12 , 34 ] seems to confirm a beneficial effect of continuous treatment with PDE5i, although the data were almost entirely derived from ED patients [ 54 , 55 ], the effects did not reach statistical significance in patients with left heart disease, and there was very high heterogeneity (I 2 = 99%, P <0.001).

Although this difference did not reach statistical significance, a significant main effect of time was observed (F(1, 28) = 15.00, p < 0.001, ηp 2 = 0.349; Figure 6 ), accompanied by a moderate effect size.

For AVR and AVT, between-group comparisons did not reach statistical significance, though the observation group showed changes in AVR ( P = 0.001) and AVT ( P < 0.001) compared to their own baseline measurements ( Figure 3 ).

Effects of VIL and NWT-03 supplementation in ZDF rats ( Table 2 ) GLP-1 levels trended higher (∼1.4-fold) after NWT-03 treatment (although this difference did not reach statistical significance), and were profoundly increased (∼5-fold, p<0.001) by VIL.

The survival of EP patients was better than EPC patients but did not reach statistical significance and, in the Cox multivariate analysis only age had statistically significant effect (HR 1.061, 95% CI 1.026–1.099, p < 0.001).

A slight downregulation of AT5G17700 in atml1 mutants (1.9-fold higher expression in Col_WT versus atml1 ) did not reach statistical significance ( p = 1.2 ⋅ 10 -3 , but padj = 1 after multiple testing correction).

When comparing the caudal directed CSF velocities, we found an increase of 2–11% in caudal iCSF which did not reach statistical significance, and a decrease of 43–78% in caudal rCSF velocity with statistical significance for DAB (78%, p = 0.0014) and DDB (68%, p = 0.0074).

Protein episcores and CRC overall survival In Cox regression models adjusted for age at diagnosis, the Protein EpiScores for LGALS3BP and VEGFA appeared associated with higher mortality risk, but these associations did not reach statistical significance after adjustment for multiple comparisons (LGALS3BP, HR: 1.61, 95% CI 1.20, 2.15, P = 0.0014, FDR = 0.15; VEGFA, HR: 1.62, 95% CI 1.20, 2.19, P = 0.0016, FDR = 0.17) (Fig. 3 ).

In the SM group of patients, this allele is also more prevalent, but the association did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.001482, Table 2 ).
