Nulliparity showed a trend toward association (aOR = 1.481, 95% CI 0.940–2.332, p = 0.090) but did not reach statistical significance.

Axial length showed a trend toward association with sub-Tenon anesthesia (OR = 1.32, 95% CI: 0.96–1.84, p = 0.09), suggesting that patients with longer eyes were more likely to receive sub-Tenon anesthesia, though this did not reach statistical significance in our sample.

While this frequency difference showed a trend toward enrichment (OR = 2.46, p = 0.09), it did not reach statistical significance.

There was a slight trend in LVM [F(3.147), Ƞ 2 = 0.184; p = 0.09] and in LVCO [F(3.293), Ƞ 2 = 0.190; p = 0.09] to be higher following the training interventions, but these differences did not reach statistical significance ( p > 0.05; Table 3 ).

Intervention type Subgroup analyses stratified by intervention type (11 studies) revealed that MC-NMT programs showed a trend toward risk reduction (RR = 0.76; 95% CI: 0.55–1.04; I 2 = 43%, p = 0.09), although this did not reach statistical significance.

Patients achieving CR before oligoprogression showed a trend toward improved prognosis (HR = 0.41, 95% CI: 0.14–1.18; p = 0.09), although this did not reach statistical significance.
