In addition, they showed a trend effect for up-regulation of genes implicated in GABA synthesis: GLS (p = 0.050) and GAD1 (p = 0.050) and significant down-regulation of ABAT (p = 0.030) that plays a role in GABA metabolism.

Even though all frontal face patches also showed a trend of within-category selectivity for monkey objects, especially for the button image, this was only significant in face patch POa ( p < 0.05).

Although there was no statistically significant difference between the honey group and the model group, which also showed a trend of improvement ( Figure 1(C–E) , p < 0.05).

Consistent with our previous results, iPSC-derived SNs with WT FUS showed a trend toward decreased tracing over time, which did not reach statistical significance ( Supplementary Figures S2C,D ). iPSC-derived SNs with P525L FUS-eGFP showed a 5-fold decrease in tracing ( p < 0.05, 2way ANOVA, Sidak post-test for multiple comparisons; Supplementary Figures S2C,D ), consistent with the age-dependent neurodegeneration observed in ALS.

Among these behaviors, urination showed a trend more similar to the jumping ( Fig. 2 , Qui-square test for trend, P<0.05).

The T allele of IL-1β -511 also showed a trend towards association with SSc (OR 2.538, 95% CI 1.2455.177; p <0.05).

MD showed a trend similar to that of RD, significantly in the following brain areas: SS, GU, VISC, ILA, AI, RSP, OLF, STR, PAL, and TH (ANOVA genotype factor, SGoF corrected p < 0.05, sex and interaction factors not significant) ( Figure 1 G, H, Table 1 ).

Based on color wheel analysis [ 34 ], quantitative assessment showed that the AMS@Sema3A fiber had highly uniform orientations, all of which were centrally distributed within ±10°, while the MS and MS@Sema3A fibers showed a trend of orientation concentration ( Fig. 1 D), with statistically significant (p < 0.05) differences in the degree of orientation between the random and oriented groups ( Fig. 1 E).
