The results shown in Figures 3 A,B show highly significant correlations with both NKG2D and CD107a with IFN-γ.

Furthermore, the human SNP rs2910164, which inhibits miR-146a expression, showed a trend toward severe aGVHD risk, a finding confirmed in another publication ( 60 ).

This was also revealed when TgATFHuR + mice were tested for sensitivity to systemic effects occurring in LPS-induced endotoxemia where these mice displayed only a mild trend of resistance to lethality (Figure 4C ).

A slight trend toward increased branching and average process length and volume were noted in combination-treated mice.

Importantly, B-I09 also significantly reduced xenogeneic GVHD by the human T cells against murine liver (Figures 6A,C ) and modestly against mouse lungs that did not quite reach statistical significance (Figures 6A,D ).

Moreover, the hemocyanin content of all the diet groups showed a trend of reduction at 24 h compared with 12 h after A. hydrophila injection.

Whilst they may not be as effective at antigen presentation as typical antigen presenting cells their overall impact may be significant due to their sheer numbers [reviewed in ( 4 )].

There was a marked trend of increased percentages of IL-10 expressing cells in the PP and MLN of WT mice compared to the Il2 −/− mice (Figures 4K,L ).
