The MB showed a trend towards type grouping with hypertrophy of type 1 fibers and hypotrophy of type 2 fibers, diffuse moth-eaten fibers and increased endomysial connective tissue deposition.

Although the four indexes of the CPMP I group were not significant, they exhibited an increasing trend; the four indices of the CMP II group did not differ much, and they did not exhibit a significant increasing trend.

In Figure 5 C, the relative number of Firmicutes in the CMP I group was significantly lower compared to the DSS group ( p < 0.05), and the decrease in Firmicutes abundance in the other groups, except for in the CMP II group, was not significant ( p > 0.05), but a decreasing trend could still be seen.

In addition, both platforms revealed a highly significant correlation between Ct obtained in the two matrices.

When the concentration of FA is high (>20 mg·L −1 ), with the increase in FA concentration, the adsorption of BTA and Pb 2+ by WL shows a decreasing trend, which indicates that higher concentration of FA would inhibit the adsorption of BTA and Pb 2+ by WL.
