A molecular replacement search with the kcTRP5b.1 model yielded a highly significant solution; subsequent refinement and iterative model building revealed good agreement between the design and crystal structure across the core alpha helices (Fig. 6a ), but divergence in two of the four repeat-repeat loop connections (Fig. 6b and Supplementary Fig. 10a ) leading to a globally dissimilar topology.
Excerpts
This may have impacted the added value of ctDNA features and reduced the strength of the radiomic correlations, which are often borderline significant.
an overall trendgold
In addition, the data obtained from the two non-TAG loci again reflect an overall trend that the frequencies of delinver mutations are positively correlated (R 2 = 0.977) with those of deletion mutations but not with the deletion sizes (Fig. 6e, f ).
15 , we found a decreasing trend of TDP-43 binding to RNA in most of the transcripts, where alteration in the variant resulted in significant changes of binding events in the high-attention region; for example, in transcript ENST00000547986 from K562 cells shown in Fig. 8 a, a mutation of the poly-U binding peak at position 94,971
a positive trendgold
Changes in atmospheric circulations around Europe that favor heat were also emphasized 20 , 21 , in particular a positive trend in a dipole structure with a low pressure over the Eastern Atlantic 22 , 23 and a high pressure over the Mediterranean extended towards central Europe 24 .
a clear trendgold
4d ) reveals a clear trend, as MAVEN moved toward to the inner (outer) part of crustal fields, the energy of the ions increased (decrease).
Thus, tools to aid in the early differential diagnosis of MSA would comprise a highly significant advance. α-syn-containing deposits are the histopathologic hallmark of synucleinopathies, but α-syn accumulation is nonetheless heterogeneous in different diseases in terms of its distribution, conformation and seeding capacity.
These differences in within-year-location prediction correlations between the random effects and SNP + EC models were highly significant for 10F-CV.
Of the 59,070 variant-lipid associations, 8238 reached the marginal significance threshold of P < 0.05/85/68 = 8.650519e-6 corrected for the 85 GWS loci and the 68 PCs that together explained 90% of the phenotypic variance.
Hepatic ketogenesis intermediates Aceto-Acetyl-CoA and HMG-CoA showed a nonsignificant trend toward lower expression in Fbxw7-null livers (Supplementary Fig. 6k ), likely because they are also involved in the mevalonate pathway.
1 predicts a decreasing trend for the density of charged species in the afterglow with increasing distance from the bulk plasma.
In addition to early tau markers, the more advanced stage marker pThr231-tau (antibody AT180) was also elevated, and the late stage marker pSer202/Thr205-tau (antibody AT8) showed an elevated trend in J20;GT (Supplementary Fig. 8b ).
REST overexpression had a highly significant effect on Aβ deposition in the hippocampus, reducing Aβ plaque burden by 63% (Fig. 9h, i ).
This might be significant as NGFR expression has been linked to invasive properties of melanoma cells 48 , 49 .
Although statistically barely significant, this could be attributed to a reduced opacity of the nightside atmosphere, i.e., the brightness temperature is determined by a lower atmospheric layer with slightly higher temperature.
In contrast, the association between rs4988235 and BMI remained weakly significant after adjustment for both genome-wide and locus-specific ancestry (Fig. 6C and Supplementary Data 8 ).
a clear trendgold
We also performed trajectory analyzes and observed a clear trend of early to late pseudotime along each R cell strand (Supplementary Fig. 6E ).
While we did not detect significant associations between metabolic parameters and melanoma antigen-specific T-cell responses, increased mitochondrial and FAO dependence showed a trend towards increased T-cell responses in CD8 and CD4 T cells respectively (Supplementary Fig. 3A ).
In keeping with this, patients with dominant OP histopathology showed a trend of being sampled furthest away from their first symptoms (Fig. 1c ), had longer periods of stay in hospital and were mechanically ventilated for longer (Supplementary Table 1 and Supplementary Fig. 3 ) (no statistical difference observed).
However, when adjusting for the top SNP (rs6914651) in the regression model, neither HLA-DPB1*03:01 or HLA-DPB1*04:01 were nominally significant, suggesting that it might not be a specific HLA-DPB1 allele that affects AU risk (supplementary Data 7 ).
Three additional genes exhibited borderline significant p values and represented results from extremely rare gene-burden masks that consider only variants appearing once in each cohort (singletons).
3 h–m) with significance or trend toward significance; these HSP47 gene expression changes were not observed in other tissues, including liver, heart, and pancreas tissue (Supplementary Fig. 4a –l).
While more patients experienced dostarlimab-related AEs (71%) than pembrolizumab-related AEs (57%), a numerical trend favoring dostarlimab was observed in the proportion of patients experiencing immune-related adverse events (irAEs) (31% for dostarlimab plus chemotherapy and 39% for pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy), serious adverse events (SAEs) (41% and 48%, respectively), AEs leading to treatment discontinuation (29% and 38%, respectively), and AEs leading to immunotherapy discontinuation (17% and 24%, respectively) (Table 5 ).
We investigated this by a simple and interpretable orthogonal analysis, calculating the number of cell lines crossing a nominally significant RRA < 0.05 for each drug (Fig. 2b and Supplementary Data Fig. 2e ) and for each cell line (Fig. 2c and Supplementary Data Fig. 2f ).
We used t-SNE 28 and UMAP 29 to cluster the data, revealing an interesting trend, with the data primarily clustered by cell line, rather than by drug or outgroup status (Fig. 2a ; Supplementary Data Fig. 2a–d ; UMAP parameters were selected using an automated Monte Carlo approach, see Methods).
