In contrast, we identified a major QTL for isochlorogenic acids content in both fruit peel and flesh on chromosome 4 (4.88–5.55 Mb), with highly significant marker-trait associations ( p -values from 1.2 × 10−19 to 1.15 × 10−76; PVE up to 74%; Fig. 9a, b , Supplementary Figs. 13c, d , and 14c, d , Supplementary Data 15 and 16 ).

NSCs show notable increases in TNC , LGALS3 , and TIMP3 , while FBLN1 exhibited a decreasing trend.

Although baseline Shannon diversity was not significantly associated with TCT progress, the association with new-onset abnormal TCT reached marginal significance (HR = 1.42, 95% CI = 1.00–2.04).

This result demonstrated that Gli1-derived chondrocytes are required to compensate for cell-cycle arrest in the fetal cartilage, although it did not rule out more subtle effects in Gli-Cart-DTA pups, which showed a trend towards decreased bone length.

Though the fluorescence intensity also has a decreasing trend in the second relaxation process, the decrease in the fluorescence is limited compared with the first relaxation test.

On bpRNA-new, a notable trend emerged: most deep learning models, both LLM-based and non-LLM, underperformed relative to traditional dynamic programming (DP) methods like Eternafold (F1-score 0.639), as shown in Fig. 5d and Table 2 .

Furthermore, the 19 F T 1 of Phe20 showed a small, but marginally significant, increase from 0.68 ± 0.02 to 0.73 ± 0.02 s, indicating its slight rigidification at nanosecond timescale upon the mutation (Supplementary Fig. 6 , see also Supplementary Note in Supplementary Information).

We also examined interactions between genetic factors (the PRS and top variants) and the taxa associated with asthma; none were significant after adjusting for multiple comparisons ( q ≥ 0.90), though many were nominally significant (Supplementary Data 12 ).

Additionally, the wavelet transform of Cu K-edge extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) spectra depicted a decreasing trend in Cu–Cu coordination intensity and an increasing trend in Cu–O coordination intensity with increasing E P from −0.2 V to 0.2 V (Fig. 2C ).

However, there exists a positive trend in the ensemble mean during recent decades, which may have contributed to weaken ΔSST x in MIROC6.

Based on the landcover dataset from the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) 94 , we identified a positive trend in compactness of 0.016 per year in the GBA from 2001 to 2024, indicating progressively more compact urban development (Supplementary Fig. 16 ).

Compared with 5×FAD-WT mice, hippocampal tissues from CD31-knockdown mice showed significantly increased levels of IL-10 and CD206, accompanied by a decreasing trend in pro-inflammatory markers IL-1β, IL-6, and CD80 (Fig. 2G, H ). qPCR analysis further confirmed a significant upregulation of IL-10 and downregulation of IL-6 and TNF-α (Fig. 2I ).

Shoot length statistics for plants grown under normal conditions indicated that TaMPK3 -OE lines had significantly shorter shoots compared to the WT plants, while the TaMPK3 -KO lines showed an increasing trend.

In comparison, models such as SIGN, PSICHIC, and DMFF demonstrated a clear trend of increasing prediction error as structural resolution declined, reinforcing the broader applicability and robustness of E-CloudBind in practical deployment scenarios.

The calculated i 0 values display a clear trend: LiClO 4 (0.019 mA cm − 2 ) < LiPF 6 (0.045 mA cm − 2 ) < LiTFSI (0.079 mA cm − 2 ).

Although not statistically significant, the protein expression of the oxytocin receptor (OXTR) also showed a decreasing trend (Fig. 9c, d ).

From 0 to 10 h, drug concentration remained relatively high with a decreasing trend, reflecting the rapid distribution of SulfoCy5.5-Atv@Ce in the body.

Among the 7 metabolites identified in the primary analysis, most remained nominally significant after additional covariate adjustment and in restricted analyses, with complete directional concordance (Supplementary Data 1 ).

Bioinformatic analysis of the upregulated genes in tumouricidal macrophages showed highly significant overlaps with genes or proteins known to be induced in macrophages by IFN-γ ( Supplementary Data S3 ).

Total oxygen consumption showed an increasing trend compared to saline-treated counterparts ( Fig. 4m ; Supplementary Fig.

The correlation between this ranking and the ordering produced by the suitability score assigned based on copy-number and mutation data is highly significant ( P -value 1.27e−05, Kendall’s tau rank-correlation test; Supplementary Data S2 ).

Note that although there was an apparent trend for ethanol to increase the frequency of sIPSCs in the Gabrb1 +/ L285R MSNs, it was not significant in this sample.

We observed a marginally significant effect of GlcN on DAF-16-deficient worms ( Fig. 2g ), whereas the lack of SKN-1 fully negated the effects of GlcN on life span, even resulting in a shortened life span following GlcN treatment ( Fig. 2h ).

The increase in the frequency of Sen-β-Gal-positive cells was highly significant ( Fig 6J ), indicating that disturbance of complex I assembly induced premature senescence of normal somatic cells.

In this study, the possible fitness advantage of possessing a particular FT promoter variant was much harder to detect and was only borderline significant for plants grown in Southern Spain, whereas it was not significant in Germany or the United Kingdom ( Supplementary Fig. 9 ; Supplementary Table 5 ).
