Its correlation with surface soil moisture is marginally non-significant ( r = −0.34, p = 0.14).
Its correlation with surface soil moisture is marginally non-significant ( r = −0.34, p = 0.14).

1e ), and aging upregulated genes showed a trend towards downregulation by MI ( p = 0.1466, Fig. 1f ).
Young’s modulus showed a strong trend of reduction in treated scars, with 5/6 treated scars recording a lower YM than their matched vehicle treated scar (Fig. 8g , p = 0.15), suggesting PXS-6302 treated scars are more pliable than their placebo-treated controls.
Only a nonsignificant trend for reduced volume was detected for hippocampus (9.06% for Fus + /+ vs. 8.62% for Fus ΔNLS/+ ; p = 0.15; Two-sided Unpaired Student’s t -test) and striatum (9.76% for Fus + /+ vs. 9.89% for Fus ΔNLS/+ ; p = 0.56, Two-sided Unpaired Student’s t -test).
Furthermore, indirect interactions removal by stDPI/DPI showed a trend towards higher accuracy (intersection: p < 0.156) but higher network coverage (full: p < 1.9e-6), compared to using a contextualized reference network from LinkPhinder (LP) 16 , and improved on both counts (intersection: p < 0.003, full: p < 4.4e-4) when using HSM 15 as a reference network.
1 , and found that sEPSCs showed a trend towards higher frequency in the inhibitory neurons than in the excitatory neurons (Fig. 3c ; 1.32 ± 0.30 Hz (2 mM, Ext) vs. 3.08 ± 1.16 Hz (2 mM, Int); P = 0.16, unpaired t test).
Even in the absence of visual input, posterior RSC showed a trend toward larger decoding errors as compared with the anterior subregion (13.4 ± 0.7 cm vs. 20.1 ± 3.8 cm; p = 0.16, anterior vs. posterior, n = 6 vs. 3 sessions; Supplementary Fig. 3B ).
Consistent with the original report, there was a weak trend to improved RFS with melanoma cognate help (HR 0.75, 95% CI: 0.50–1.12, P = 0.16, Addendum Figure 1D; original report: HR 0.77, 95% CI: 0.51–1.18, P > 0.22).
1d ) and PKCε also showed a trend towards higher values (1.5 ± 1.5 vs 2.1 ± 1.9 AU, p = 0.16, CPM) at 2 weeks.
We also found the shorter sleepers had relatively fewer night wakes in both the ABCD and SSBC datasets ( p = 0.051 for the ABCD study and p = 0.161 for the Shanghai dataset; marginally significant), indicating higher sleep efficiency in these adolescents.
Despite the negative trend in μ S , a high level of resilience R C for warm conditions was maintained across the LUI gradient (linear mixed model (lme), F 1,35 =3.8, P =0.060; with a marginally significant increase that was consistent across regions, F 1,35 =0.5, P =0.181).
Similarly, the water-soluble sulfate concentrations positively correlate with the S concentrations in plant roots ( p < 0.05), and there is a positive trend between the water-soluble sulfate concentrations and the S concentrations in plant leaves (p = 0.19; Fig. 7b ).
In contrast to Se for which there is a negative trend between the concentrations of organic Se fractions and the Se concentrations in plant leaves and roots ( p = 0.19; Fig. 7c ), the concentrations of organic S in larger and aliphatic OM and smaller and/or less hydrophobic, aromatic OM positively correlate with plant S concentrations (Fig. 7b, d ).
Kidney function in four additional pairs of monkeys To assess the significance of the above findings in a larger cohort and the longer-term effects of preemptive mAb107 treatment on the right kidney function following I/R, the above studies were repeated in eight additional monkeys, randomized to four in each group, a number expected to yield highly significant ( P ≤0.2) differences based on the initial pair.
Notably, for each of the seven tasks where these nominally significant TDS elevations were seen, the behavior-task combinations involved were not enriched for behavioral scales showing a statistically significant SDB ( P > 0.2 in Fisher’s Exact tests for associations between whether a scale shows statistically significant SDB, Fig. 3a , and TDS, Fig. 4b , across seven tasks)—indicating that observing a difference in the mean score of a behavioral trait between sexes is not predictive of that trait showing a divergent BWAS map between sexes.
BRCA samples treated with paclitaxel showed marginal significance ( P = 0.20, Fig. 4C ), although the group annotated with complete or partial response had significantly higher response than the group with stable or clinical progressive disease ( P = 0.03, Fig. 4D ).
Moreover, the rates of N 2 fixation showed a trend towards higher activity with a decreasing nitrate flux, albeit this trend was relatively noisy ( R 2 = 0.50, p < 0.2; Supplementary Fig. 9g ).
The patients with positive baseline ctDNA showed a trend of worse EFS (Fig. 3A , p = 0.21, HR = 3.39, 95% CI: 0.44–26.3) and DRFS (Fig. 3B , p = 0.08, HR not calculable) than the ones with negative baseline ctDNA, but the differences were not statistically significant.
The relationship between the early peaking pupil component and temporal distance memory was significant in Experiment 3 ( ρ = 0.43; p = 0.016) and showed a trend towards significance in Experiment 2 ( ρ = 0.21; p = 0.22) when these experiments were analyzed separately.
Conversely, increased CDK6 significantly associated with decreased OS in mUC (HR: 1.87, p < 0.01) and showed a trend toward lower OS in NSCLC (HR = 1.40, p = 0.23), and lower PFS in RCC (HR = 1.2, p = 0.5).
Notably, CAPN14 mRNA expression in esophageal biopsies showed a trend of being lower in patients with familial EoE than non-familial EoE ( P = 0.23) (Supplementary Fig. 11a ).
