15 , we found a decreasing trend of TDP-43 binding to RNA in most of the transcripts, where alteration in the variant resulted in significant changes of binding events in the high-attention region; for example, in transcript ENST00000547986 from K562 cells shown in Fig. 8 a, a mutation of the poly-U binding peak at position 94,971

a positive trendgold
Changes in atmospheric circulations around Europe that favor heat were also emphasized 20 , 21 , in particular a positive trend in a dipole structure with a low pressure over the Eastern Atlantic 22 , 23 and a high pressure over the Mediterranean extended towards central Europe 24 .
These differences in within-year-location prediction correlations between the random effects and SNP + EC models were highly significant for 10F-CV.
1 predicts a decreasing trend for the density of charged species in the afterglow with increasing distance from the bulk plasma.
In addition to early tau markers, the more advanced stage marker pThr231-tau (antibody AT180) was also elevated, and the late stage marker pSer202/Thr205-tau (antibody AT8) showed an elevated trend in J20;GT (Supplementary Fig. 8b ).
REST overexpression had a highly significant effect on Aβ deposition in the hippocampus, reducing Aβ plaque burden by 63% (Fig. 9h, i ).
Although statistically barely significant, this could be attributed to a reduced opacity of the nightside atmosphere, i.e., the brightness temperature is determined by a lower atmospheric layer with slightly higher temperature.
In contrast, the association between rs4988235 and BMI remained weakly significant after adjustment for both genome-wide and locus-specific ancestry (Fig. 6C and Supplementary Data 8 ).
However, when adjusting for the top SNP (rs6914651) in the regression model, neither HLA-DPB1*03:01 or HLA-DPB1*04:01 were nominally significant, suggesting that it might not be a specific HLA-DPB1 allele that affects AU risk (supplementary Data 7 ).
Three additional genes exhibited borderline significant p values and represented results from extremely rare gene-burden masks that consider only variants appearing once in each cohort (singletons).
Interestingly, the #3 mouse with HBsAg seroconversion showed a trend to have high IL-23, IFN-γ, IL12p70, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-17a and GM-CSF.
3 ), indicating a decreasing trend of shape retention because of the light attenuation along the thickness direction.
There is a tendency, but not statistically significant, towards the increase of γH2AX accumulation in Col-0 and atm after CPT treatment by western blot, while the γH2AX levels of atm in the control condition showed a decreasing trend compared to Col-0 (Fig. 1d ).
Only a low-variance high-effect-size curve has a highly significant p -value, and only significant curves have interpretable pEC 50 estimates, e.g. the Dasatinib—CSK interaction.
a slight trendgold
However, there is a slight trend towards higher transcript expression in baseline tissue of high histological BDI, high biochemical biliary viability livers (Fig. 5a ).
Livers with acceptable bile chemistry showed a trend towards lower levels of histological injury in all categories, although this was only significant for injury to deep PBGs ( p = 0.022, Fig. 2a ).
Consistent with the GO analysis, the differences in the expression of multiple genes in the ECM network, including collagens ( COL1A1, COL1A2, COL3A1, COL4A1 ), fibronectin ( FN1 ), Lumican ( LUM ) and Osteonectin ( SPARC ), are highly significant in vivo compared to in vitro.
a clear trendgold
The lack of a clear trend in the direction of the estimates for all elevation gradients suggests that, at a local scale, temperature variability might not be the dominant driver of species’ elevation ranges, or has different influences depending on plant community composition.
a negative trendgold
The strength and continuity in the diurnal temperature range-species’ range size relationship, with a negative trend being visible in both island and continental mountains (Fig. 3 a), suggest that short-term temperature variation plays a major role in driving the observed range-size pattern that cannot be imputed to island-specific factors (e.g. lower competition).
A heatmap analysis of the DEGs in each cell type showed a trend in which age-related shifts in the transcriptional signature were recovered back by MetR, especially in progenitors and enterocytes (Supplementary Fig. 8a, b ).
To identify such spatially patterned genes, we applied MERINGUE 8 to identify 457 genes with highly significant spatial autocorrelation (Methods).
A decreasing trend was observed from day 1 to day 4 post-adult emergence (PAE), followed by an increase until oviposition (Fig. 1a ’).
While a direct comparison between isotype and anti-IFNγ treated mice inoculated with BCG prior to viral challenge did not reach statistical significance, animals treated with anti-IFNγ showed a clear trend towards more severe disease and higher viral loads (Fig. 2F, G ).
a clear trendgold
Further investigation of these factors showed a clear trend as they all significantly reduced base substitutions (−0.4 – −0.6 fold relative to control siRNA per DSB) and deletions (−0.25 – −0.6 fold) around the break, and all have very comparable profiles (Fig. 4A, B ).
The enrichment of reaction products within microreactors is highly significant in synthetic biology as it enhances the local concentration of intermediates, which can improve the efficiency of tandem reactions.
