Although the expression of Pvb was not impacted by isolation rearing conditions ( Fig 8B ), the correlation analysis between the molecular and the behavioral data showed an inverse relationship close to significance (r = -0.276, p = 0.052, Fig 8D ).
Anandamide levels showed a trend towards an increase following ghrelin treatment in WT mice (control 15.9±1.8 vs. ghrelin 19.9±3.12 fmol/mg, P = 0.052, Fig. 1E ), whereas no effect was observed in CB1-KO mice (control 18.5±5.6 vs. ghrelin 20.9±8.7 fmol/mg, Fig. 1E ).
There was a statistical trend that patients drew fewer beads than non-delusion-prone individuals ( p = .052), whereas the two non-clinical groups did not differ from each other ( p = .576).
Vocal and color signals The probability of emitting estrus calls was associated with reproductive status (LRT: X 2 = 13.33, Δdf = 4, P = 0.001, see Table C in S1 File for further details), decreasing significantly between the pre-conceptive period and the first month of pregnancy (GLMM: z = -3.19, P = 0.001, Fig 2B ), and then increasing again to near significance from the first to the second month of pregnancy (GLMM: z = 1.94, P = 0.052, Fig 2B , see Table D in S1 File for further details).
There was a marginally significant interaction between time and group F (4, 55) = 2.52, p = .052, η p 2 = .16, with ratings being higher in the Early Mismatch group than in the Late Mismatch group at both first and last time points, p = .001 and p = .002, respectively.
When these loci were used as genetic instruments vs genetic data for glycine, glycerate or lactate (the only metabolites for which GWAS data were found), evidence was found for an association between shared genes between MetS and glycine (IVW beta 0.021, SE 0.007, p = 0.0027), but not for glycerate (IVW beta -0.0025, SE 0.006, p = 0.71), while lactate was of borderline significance (IVW beta 0.012, SE 0.006, p = 0.052).
The exception to this was for the Conduct Problems sub-scale of the SDQ, where behavioural problems were reduced, as expected, in the extended-intervention group compared with the minimal-intervention group, although that difference fell just short of statistical significance ( t (62) = 1.980, p = .052).
Time after predator release had no significant effect on Bt consumption ( P = 0.283) but a marginally significant one on Fo consumption ( P = 0.052; Fig 2A 3 and 2B 3 ).
Although the iBIC score obtained by fitting data separately for Pleasant and Unpleasant Room groups did not show an improvement over the one obtained by fitting data as one group ( Table 2 ), we found that the difference between the mean of the estimated parameter σ for Pleasant and Unpleasant groups was nearly significant even when fitting data as one group [permutation test, p = 0.052].
There was a slight statistically significant difference in the T1-T2 latencies (longer for the WSTP group) and an almost significant difference (p = 0.052) for the T2-T3 latencies (longer for the EC group).
Specifically, the Trp/Tyr ratio was significantly lower in MIS lesions compared to BL (p = 0.030), while the Trp/Phe ratio showed a trend toward being lower in MIS compared to NL (p = 0.052). 3.3 Assessment of NL, BL, MIS, and MM skin barrier by resistance measurements Skin barrier integrity was evaluated through EIS measurements, determining skin resistance, i.e. , impedance (IZI) at 1kHz, for both NL and lesional skin, before (pre-sampling) and after (post-sampling) tape sampling.
Marginal significance ( P = 0.052) was obtained for the whole Ter River basin (b = –0.455); however, this significance disappeared when the analysis focused on the mainstem of the river (CL, VE, TO, and TV locations).
This comparison showed that the ACGTTT haplotype was less common in RC patients compared to ABD controls (OR = 0.49, p = 0.0050, 95% CI = 0.3–0.8), and that there was an almost significant difference comparing the distribution of all haplotypes between RC and ABD controls (χ 2 = 11.0, df = 5, p = 0.052; Table 4 ) .
For the four linear statistical models of litter loss including the estimated dose rates of organisms types (adj R 2 = 0.33–0.40, F(36, 7) = 4.5–6.0, p<0.002), non-significant terms included moist (t = 1.2–1.3, p>0.21) for all models while size particle fraction > 2mm (log 10 -transformed) was non-significant (t = -1.6, p>0.11) for the two default organism models, nearly significant for the small tube-shape (t = -2.0, p<0.052) and significant for the box shape (t = -2.2, p<0.04).
An ANOVA on the score difference of overconfidence revealed a marginally significant effect for spatial height ( F (1, 93) = 3.89, p = .052, η p 2 = .040) but showed non-significant effects for either scale direction ( F (1, 93) = .37, p = .545, η p 2 = .004) or the interaction between scale direction and spatial height condition ( F (1, 93) = .001, p = .974, η p 2 < .001).
