A contrast of the difference between Exceptions and Regulars in the first quarter and the average difference in the last two quarters is highly significant (accuracy: F(1,105) = 32.74, p<.0001; latency: F(1,105) = 48.40, p<.0001) and the remaining variance in the interaction is not significant (accuracy: F(2,105) = 1.00, p>.25; latency: F(2,105) = 1.29, p>.25) We also did separate analysis of the Exception Problems, classifying them by type and difficulty.
The differences are highly significant (χ 2 = 1511; p<0.0001) and consistent with the prediction that a substantial functional cost is associated with even a single nucleotide change within miRNA seed regions.
In contrast, cells treated with DMSO showed a marked and highly significant inhibition of proliferation, with a reduced mean count of 379,333 ± 23 (*** P < 0.0001) as compared to untreated cells.
The mean (standard deviation) number of days from vaccination to onset of symptoms for influenza-positive subjects was 119 (21) compared with 109 (32) for influenza-negative subjects, with a significant trend for increasing risk ( P <0.0001) of a positive influenza result in the unadjusted analysis considering days elapsed since vaccination to onset of symptoms ( Table 4 ).
The model snakes mimicking the snakes found on limestone had significantly greater achromatic and chromatic contrasts on volcanic rocks (achromatic: F 1,15 = 80.13, P <0.0001; chromatic: F 1,15 = 6.930, P = 0.019), while model snakes representing the snakes found on volcanic rock only had significantly greater achromatic contrasts on limestone, however chromatic contrasts was nearing significance (achromatic: F 1,15 = 38.33, P <0.0001; chromatic: F 1,15 = 5.669, P = 0.031).
A highly significant effect of HF (p<0.0001) was observed on adult male retroperitoneal fat weights at cull.
Photographs of 15 randomly chosen sparrows were measured again several months later; repeatability between measures was highly significant for all four ornament variables (all R i >0.81, all F >10.17, all P <0.0001).
Interestingly, there was a significant trend towards increased BOS (r = 0.323, p<0.0001) and decreased FAI (r = 0.259, p = 0.0008) and RI (r = 0.331, p<0.0001) with MAP ( Fig 3B, 3C and 3D ).
The multiple regression model for color was highly significant (R 2 = 0.84, F 3,110 = 188, P <0.0001), but the slope and intercepts were affected by ecosystem type, which resulted in the following equations: (2) and (3) Despite the differences in the regression parameters, most of the color observations from the experimental ponds fell within the 95% prediction intervals associated with the regression model for natural lakes in equation 3 ( Fig. 2a ).
A chi-square test showed that the difference between children and adults was highly significant (p-value< 0.0001).
P-value (P) >0.05 was considered as not significant (ns), 0.01< P <0.05 as significant and indicated with one asterisks *, 0.001< P <0.01 very significant and indicated with two asterisks **, 0.0001< P <0.001 extremely significant and indicated with three asterisks *** and P <0.0001 extremely significant and indicated with four asterisks ****.
Results of statistical analysis The Jockheere-Terpstra Test revealed a negative trend (Z = -9.1568, p<0.0001), indicating that more aggressive metastatic cancer had the lowest protein expression scores, while Gleason scores of 3 or 4/5 had higher protein expression scores.
We next treated Aβ flies carrying a loss-of-function mutation of dFKBP59 , which showed a highly significant increase in lifespan, relative to non-BCS treated flies ( Fig. 4B ; P = 0.0001).
Indeed, of the 250 males captured in the study, 58 were seropositive (23.2%) compared to 22 of 249 (8.8%) females, which is highly significant ( χ 2 = 13.80, 1 df, p <10 −4 ).
GDP was a highly significant linear predictor of a diagnosis of PCP (p<0.0001).
The FT-B1 alleles showed highly significant differences in heading time ( P< 0.0001) within both alleles of FT-A1 , but the differences between the adjusted means of the FT-B1 alleles were 34% larger in the lines homozygous for the mutant ft-A1 allele (25.0 day delay in flowering) than in the lines homozygous or heterozygous for the wild type FT-A1 allele (18.6 day delay).
For single items of the scores that showed a highly significant difference between groups (p < 0.0001) an optimal cut off to predict 30-day mortality according to the Youden index was calculated.
Estradiol concentrations showed no significant differences (P>0.05) between the two experimental groups treated with T, but the 17β-nortestosterone concentration in serum samples collected from the ND2 experimental group were highly significant (P<0.0001), higher than the concentration of 17β-nortestosterone from the ND1 group samples.
japonicus was also highly significant (Fisher 2x2 exact test P<0.0001).
