Similarly, neither of the two-way interactions between Group and Session, for either regulars or irregulars, approached significance (regulars: B = −.002; t (2572) = −.10, p = .92; irregulars: B = −.016; t (2572) = −1.01, p = .31).
While we cannot conclusively resolve the G protein interaction in the ancestor of rhabdomeric+G o opsins or the ancestor of ciliary+rhabdomeric+G o clades, our reconstructed ancestral G protein interaction states for ciliary, rhabdomeric and G o are highly significant (P>0.95 for each) and are congruent with previous empirical biochemical studies [17] , [19] , [30] ( figure 6 ).
All other species were non-significant, however there was a marginally insignificant effect of CO 2 exposure on P. cylindrica (sequential permutation test for RDA, site: F (2, 43) = 1.0, p = 0.97; CO 2 exposure nested within site: F (3, 43) = 3.9, p = 0.06). which was not considered to be ecologically relevant (sampling was unbalanced as only one sample was found at Dobu High CO 2 , and only three of 49 samples yielded different types in the collection).
Using numerical simulations, we tested the robustness of the model choice procedure and found that a posterior probability of 0.771 for the strict isolation model was highly significant ( P = 0.975; Text S1 , Fig.
When subject G was excluded, a second-degree fitting reveals a decreasing trend (R 2 Adj = −0.14, p = 0.98) for maximal squat force relative to fiber area.
When comparing the results from unsupervised clustering to the four subtype classification suggested by Verhaak et al using the 840-gene expression based signature, we found a highly significant overlap ( P = 9.88×10 −1 , Fisher’s Exact Test for lack of overlap) ( Table S1 and Figure S1 ), although this result could have been influenced by the inclusion of GBMs from Rembrandt.
However, the correlation between the number of daily walking steps and TST was attenuated to a nonsignificant trend after adjusting for covariates ( β = −0.001, 95% CI: −0.066 to 0.065, p = 0.99).
Neither of these fixed effects approached significance, F(1,15) = 4.64, p = .995 and F(1,15) = 2.53, p = 1 respectively); their interaction was also not reliable, F(1,15) = 4.71, p = .503).

Because the results do not show a clear trend, the uncertainty at 95% confidence interval is estimated as (12) U C p = 1 . 5 ( max C p C p , base - min C p C p , base ) = 1 . 4 % .
Under the Granger causality test, SMP was highly significant for many more trees than was TEMP in the wet period ( F -values for p = 2, Table D in S1 Appendix 1): 15 for the former, and six for the latter variable, out of 18 at P ≤ 0.01.
The effects of both run and session were not significant ( p >3 and p >2 respectively) and the Session x Run interaction showed a trend towards significance ( F [6] , [42] = 1.89, p = 106).
Highly significant correlations were observed between AIM and multiple biomarkers, thereby reflecting liver function, including total or direct bilirubin (TB or DB), albumin (ALB), platelet count (PLT), % prothrombin time (%PT), and the indocyanine green (ICG) test ( Fig. 2 ).
With regards to thyroid cancer, there has been an increasing trend of its incidence over the past decades worldwide; and this has been ascribed to the increasing prevalence of insulin resistance [10] .
For instance, adolescent development is known for being highly dependent upon peer approval, as engaging in sports or leisure's activities is dependent upon being part of a team or club [26] , [27] , and is also influence by physical ability as being successful in a sport is a highly significant environmental factor contributing to increased levels of physical activity [28] .
An OCD has been characterized in the Doberman pinscher breed of dogs, and was shown to have a highly significant genetic association with alleles of the Cadherin 2 ( CDH2 ) gene region [2] , [3] .
A recent meta-analysis of all genetic association studies of OCD, which provided sufficient information for data extraction, found that the disorder was associated with serotonin-related polymorphisms ( 5-HTTLPR and HTR2A ) and that there may be significant sex differences in the genetic bases of the disease, with only male OCD patients carrying polymorphisms involved in catecholamine modulation ( COMT and MAOA ) [3] .
At a concentration of 100 ng/mL extract RA reduced plaque formation of IAV(H1N1)pdm09 I1 in a highly significant manner by 67%, at 1 μg/mL by 100% ( Figure 3 ).
Highly significant negative correlations were obtained between PPAR-γ gene expression and the pro-inflammatory markers (IL-8: R 2 = −0.72, TNF-α: R 2 = −0.55 and IL-1β: R 2 = −0.65) and also between PPAR-γ and the gene coding for COX-2 (R 2 = −0.64).
While there is a slight trend toward increased expression of the BAT-specific genes Ucp1 and Dio2 in gWAT and iWAT, this trend does not reach statistical significance and is not apparent for Pgc1a .
Also, the values of the obtained Phi coefficient shows us that the relation between variables is strong, so we can state that there is a strong trend in the studied group to ask specific questions, compared to general and unrelated questions.
However, an account based purely on vividness cannot fully explain our results, as the Picture Type × Secondary Task interaction for correct “Remember” responses was only marginally significant in Experiment 1 and non-significant in Experiment 2.
Interestingly, Ala propensity shows an anti-correlation with affinity that is highly significant, indicating that this amino acid, within an interface, cannot provide favorable interactions.
