Sex-bias direction (males: F 2,3398 = 8.92, P = 0.0002; females: F 2,3398 = 17.36, P<0.0001), expression rank (males: F 2,3398 = 1308, P<0.0001; females: F 2,3398 = 1305, P<0.0001), and their interaction (males: F 4,3398 = 6.22, P<0.0001; females: F 4,3398 = 5.26, P = 0.0003) were highly significant.

Of the five virtual drugs with highly significant p values, four involved an AMPA τ 2 effect.
Multiplicative interaction tests between mobile phone exposure and blood lead in association with ADHD symptoms were significant or borderline significant for the variables of ownership, age at first ownership of a mobile phone, and the number of outgoing calls per day, and the risk of ADHD symptoms was higher in the high lead group than that in the low lead group.
Among the three known functions of (P)RR (contribute to RAS, V-ATPase and WNT signaling), we surmise that the relationship between (P)RR and WNT signaling is highly significant, although the role of (P)RR in embryonic and fetal development remains unclear.
However, a meta-regression shows a significant trend toward HR = 1 (logHR = 0) over time in GSK cohort.
Due to the effective reduction in sample size resulting from the excess of zero measurements, the association for the difference measurements with p22 is only marginally significant at the 95% level for both models and we find no predicted effect of ‘22’ on the bovine difference ( db, Figure 2 ).
Comparative mapping A set of 367 SNPs showed highly significant matches (score>100 or E<5E-20) with genomes of model grass species rice and Brachypodium .
Furthermore, CD24 expression positively and significantly correlated with Src gene expression in the resected tumor tissues (p = 0.001), and Src expression showed a trend towards negative association with miR-34a expression.
NEP-n treated mice showed a trend towards decreased congophilic staining in the contralateral hippocampus, but no significant difference as compared to NEP-m mice was observed.
Single-locus association tests only found a borderline significance of rsCACNG2_3 in the subgroup “zmd’<−2.5” (pFDRST = 0.042) after a multiple test correction ( Table S1 ).
SNP rsCACNG2_3 was the only SNP showing a marginal significance of genetic association in this study.
How might this discrepancy be explained? One possibility is that this result simply reflects noise, seeing as the direct comparison between Experiment 1 and the task switching group was only marginally significant.
A marginally significant increase in the proportion of having HIV test in VCT sites was also reported among participants from JC community (2.5% vs. 1.1%) ( Table 3 ).

Although the data from the four separate TIL lines were not statistically significant due to the different intrinsic apoptosis sensitivities of each line, there was a clear trend towards a decrease in Annexin V + cells in each case with TIL from the 4-1BB REP cultures (IL-2+4-1BB) versus control REP cultures (IL-2) when the post-REP cells were re-plated without IL-2 or with added IL-2 ( Figure 7D ). 4-1BB Co-stimulation during the REP Enhances Responsiveness of MART-1 Specific TIL to Antigen Re-stimulation Previously, we reported that MART-1-specific CD8 + T cells that lose CD28 become hypo-responsive to antigenic re-stimulation by peptide-pulsed DC following the REP.

The study identified a clear trend of increased time use associated with increased number of chronic conditions.
Further, using the second control group, a cluster of 24 NHL cases and one of 17 cases of NHL originating in the lymph nodes at age 62 and in 1981, respectively, were borderline significant ( table 3 , area 9 and 10 in figure 3 ).
Our data highlighted the clinical utility of WHO 2009 in describing non-DHF manifestations of dengue that may be significant, and some areas that can be refined in WHO 2009 dengue classification.
The relationship was marginally significant for shrubs ( Figure 2D ) and not significant for forbs ( Figure 2C ).
GPR55 KO mice showed a trend towards decreased horizontal activity throughout the 30 min time period, but this was not statistically significant (F 1, 61 = 3.318, p = 0.073).
However, the group × time interaction approached significance ( F (1, 22) = 4.2), suggesting that the groups differed at the 5 week time point but not thereafter.
These trends are quite significant and are relatively easy to observe in alpine regions by comparisons with historic photographs.
In the analysis of overall out-of-pocket (OOP) medical expenditure, only age of household head was borderline significant.
Results 12 of the 35 putative SMA biomarkers were significantly associated (p<0.05) with motor function, with a 13 th analyte being nearly significant.
The proportion of pneumococcal pneumonia that was bacteremic demonstrated an increasing trend in studies with more severe disease, which is consistent with findings that bacteremia is more common among patients with severe disease [26] .
No Changes in Pancreatic Function or Morphology of TgCEL mice After Long-term Cerulein Exposure At the end of the long-term cerulein exposure there was a borderline significant difference in weight development between the four groups TgCEL/PBS, Control/PBS, TgCEL/Cerulein and Control/PBS, although post hoc analyses did not reveal significant differences between any of the groups ( Figure 5A ; ANOVA p-value 0.04, Bonferroni post-hoc p-values >.05; mean body weight of 33±5.4, 33±3.9, 27±4.8, 30±3.8 g for the four groups, respectively).
