For type 13, we found highly significant selection ( P <0.001) in landraces of Indonesia and the Philippines, especially in japonica rice.

Results Synchrony versus Pseudosynchrony The comparison of genuine synchrony to pseudosynchrony indicated that the phenomenon of nonverbal synchrony was present at a highly significant level and with a medium to high effect-size ( t = 4.91, p < .001, Cohen's d = 0.7, n = 27).
In these two cases, the variation in transmission bias is supported by highly significant heterogeneity G -tests (multilocus genotype 45: G = 32.750, P <0.001; multilocus genotype 58: G = 27.534, P = 0.001).
In agreement with our previous study, Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) of the active TB 664-transcript signature demonstrated a highly significant over-representation of Interferon (IFN)-signaling genes including Type I and Type II IFN ( Figure 2C and D , p<0.001, Table 1 ).
We also carried out a mixed-effects model with village as a random factor, and the relationship remained highly significant at p < 0.001.
These results are statistically highly significant, both, compared to neighborhoods of ordinary genes in the network ( p = 0.001) and compared to TF neighborhoods in randomized networks ( p <0.001).
The overall improvement in model fit was highly significant (nested chi-square = 99.92, df = 6, p <.001).
After adjusting for the effects of potential confounding factors such as age, sex, hypertension, duration of diabetes, biochemical data, and cataract status, a significant trend was observed for all contrast conditions ( p for trend p < 0.001).
The variable “Open access” was highly significant ( p < 0.001), with a positive coefficient of 0.786, suggesting that open-access studies are associated with higher R 0 values.
When samples were subdivided into the proposed four groups, F ST values were low but highly significant (p<0.001) and ranging from 0.0015 in the comparison between WMED and AEG to 0.0070 in the comparison between the ION and ATL clusters.

Subgroup analysis showed a trend that reduced PTEN levels were associated with the following factors: depth of invasion (12 studies, 1599 patients; OR = 2.604, 95% CI = 1.554–4.366, P<0.001); lymph node metastasis (18 studies, 2258 patients; OR = 2.484, 95% CI = 1.836–3.360, P<0.001); distant metastasis (9 studies, 1393 patients;
Food Plant Preference 24 h after LCA Damage Determination of food plant preferences revealed a highly significant response that strongly depended on the different treatments applied ( Fig. 1B ; univariate ANOVA: F 4, 103 = 10.065, P<0.001), while colony identity did not affect the model (‘ant colony’ as random factor, univariate ANOVA: F 2, 103 = 0.315, P>0.05).

The AUROC of the ELISA/HA model was significantly higher than that of the ELF model, whilst improved performance of the ELISA model approached significance (p<0.001 and p = 0.054 respectively, DeLong’s test, Table 3 , Fig 2 ).
In concordance with the pattern of increasing genetic distance with increasing geographic distance, Mantel tests revealed highly significant isolation by distance in P . filiformis (P<0.001; S1 Fig ) Correspondingly, the neighbor-joining tree of pairwise genetic distance generally grouped populations according to geography ( Fig 2 ), with populations in the four main geographical areas grouping separately, with each group separated by long branches.
These changes in CA and CDCA species led to a highly significant ( p <0.001) accumulation of total primary acids (91-fold), total CA (186-fold) and total CDCA (39-fold) ( Table 1 ).
An evaluation was done for PB Treg cells by pooling newly diagnosed, relapsed and patients in remission together as a MM cohort; this pooled cohort did not show statistical significance against MGUS and SMM, while it was highly significant against HVs (P<0.001).
There was a highly significant overall difference in the reduction in the possum tCCI between blocks (F 2,19 = 37.9, p < 0.001) ( Fig 6 ).
field temperature were highly significant (P<0.001) and with average R 2 above 0.95) and actual warming was within ±5% of the prescribed value [35] .
Tumor focality was a strong predictor of survival, as patients with unifocal tumors had a median survival of 17 months (95% CI: 15.111–18.889), while those with multifocal tumors had a median survival of only 6 months (95% CI: 2.801–9.199), with a highly significant p-value of <0.001.
Again, the difference was highly significant ( P <0.001).
Using our validated histological scoring system, we were able to detect significantly more villous distortion and total inflammation in TNF i∆ARE/i∆ARE → SCID mice compared to wt → SCID mice, and a strong trend towards more chronic inflammation as well (villous distortion index: 4.00 ± 0.00 vs. 2.00 ± 0.00, P<0.001; chronic inflammatory index: 4.5 ± 1.05 vs. 0.75 ± 0.75, P=0.06; total inflammatory score: 9.25 ± 1.19 vs. 3.25 ± 1.25, P<0.05).
To assess whether intensity changes were associated with tempo effects on anticipation times, the effects of key velocity on anticipation times were partialled out, as before; the effect of tempo on residual finger anticipation times was still highly significant ( F (4,40) = 16.10, p <.001).
For boys: Likelihood ratio test comparison between the full model (including age and direct BIS-BAS orientation score) and null model was highly significant ( Χ 2 (21) = 11.22, p < 0.001), with a main effect for the direct BIS-BAS orientation score (estimate ± SE = 0.22 ± 0.06, z = 3.28, p = .001), suggesting that BAS-oriented boys took ~80% of others’ resources.
The differences in rates were highly significant between the regions (p<0.001).
