7 A): (i) the majority of genes with decreased gene body methylation showed a trend towards increased expression in intra- compared to extracranial metastases (8 of 11 genes: CACNA2D3 , DUSP6 , EIF4B , GDF15 , IGF1R , PRKCA , RASGRF1 , SGK1 ), (ii) the other three genes with decreased gene body methylation showed a trend towards decreased expression in intra- compared to extracranial metastases (3 of 11 genes: JAK3 , TNR , TNXB ), and (iii) both genes with increased gene body methylation ( BMP4 , MECOM ) showed a trend towards decreased expression in intra- compared to extracranial metastases.

In both age 40 + and age 65 + groups, most of top features show highly significant associations with AD except for BMI and SBP.

A highly significant enrichment of the LRRC69 deletion among cases with SPGF compared to population-based participants in the Estonian biobank (EstBB) 27 , 28 was observed (7/215 vs. 386/45,390; 3.3% vs. 0.85%; χ 2 test, OR = 3.9 [95%CI 1.8–8.4], P = 0.0001; Fig. 2 c, Supplementary Table S6 ).

When stratified by age, the risk association of ALAN and ALL was highest for the oldest age group with evidence of an increasing trend from 1.00 (95% CI 0.84–1.19, Supplemental Table 2 and Supplemental Fig. 1 ) in the 0–2 years age group to 1.22 (95% CI 0.88–1.69) in the 8–14 years age group.

5 a, F-actin/G-actin ratio (measured by WB analysis) showed a trend of decrease as expected in cells exposed to cytochalasin B, but not in cells exposed to H 2 O 2 , where the ratio actually increased significantly.

The differences between the two groups of samples were quite significant, and the samples were basically in the 95% confidence interval (CI).

In L10_II, L15_II and L30_II an increasing trend for Mn, Fe, Cu and Zn when compared to the control was observed (Fig. 4 a,b,d,e).

Discussion In our study, highly significant effect of AMF colonization was observed in seedlings co-inoculated with AMF and Ps compared to those inoculated only with AMF.

Differences between virtual nature and control conditions approached significance for anxiety but not depressive symptoms.

Neither hunting reputation nor popularity were associated significantly with hair cortisol concentrations (although age was marginally significant) (Table 2 ; Fig. 2 ) also when popularity and hunting reputation were included separately for the LMM analyses (Tables 2S and 3S , Supplementary Material).

We also investigated the tear flow rate (mm/s) and observed a decreasing trend.

The results showed that the total water content of tobacco leaves showed a trend of T3 < CK < T2 < T1 in the early air-curing stage, and the number and size of green spots showed a trend of T3 < T2 < T1 < CK.

Interestingly, we found a decreasing trend in RELMβ protein levels in CRC biopsies (Fig. 7 c).

Regarding the negative perturbation, we observe a strong trend that as supine collapse force decreases, the difference between supine and 16° collapse force decreases to approach zero.

Although there was no statistically significant difference in tramadol’s concentrations in stomach, heart, and liver at three different dosages, an increasing trend was observed.

Comparison of the values for August and February, as representative values for the summer and winter months by the paired t-test showed a highly significant difference.

The resistivity of the as-deposited state exhibits a clear trend since the increased P Ar produces low resistivity, which is consistent with the P Ar dependence of the O/Ga ratio identified by the XPS analysis (Fig. 1 f).
