For HR and RMSSD, the interactions also remained non-significant, with the interaction between pleasantness and familiarity showing a trend towards significance for HR (β = 0.15, SE = 0.08, p = 0.056) and RMSSD (β = − 0.01, SE = 0.00, p = 0.074; all other p s’ > 0.621).
Additionally, there was a tendency for patients with LVH to have higher occurrences of bothersome nocturia with a borderline significance (69.4% vs. 57.5%, p = 0.056) (Table 2 ).
However, when adjusted for ABSI, FIB-4’s effect size decreased and became borderline significant (OR = 1.455, p = 0.056), indicating that its predictive role is secondary to burn severity.
Partial correlation also revealed a marginally significant relationship between SRS (total) T score at baseline and 12-month TTS, controlling for baseline TTS, r partial = 0.312, p = 0.056 (Spearman).
When pooling both training groups (dual-task and single-task training group) we found an almost significant correlation ( r (32) = 0.331, p = 0.056) controlling for age and sex.
Interestingly, listeners familiarized with voices via Zoom audio showed a trend towards a better recognition performance in the test (p = 0.056) compared to listeners familiarized with studio audio.
Indeed, when compared across the experimental phases, cerebellar cTDCS significantly impaired motor adaptation of the proximal upper-limb compared to M1 stimulation, with a near-significant impairment compared to sham ( p = 0.056).
The similarity between predicted and observed standard deviations was furthermore indicated by significant correlations ( p -values < 0.035) ranging between 0.60 and 0.92, and one marginally significant correlation ( r = 0.56; p = 0.056) for BiHand trials in condition Dyn .
There was a marginally significant interaction between the prognostic impact of a decrease in eGFR and the choice of diagnostic imaging modality (interaction-p = 0.056).
Only AC5:0 was positively correlated with liver steatosis and negatively correlated with hepatocyte ballooning, both of which were of borderline significance ( p = 0.056 and 0.088, respectively).
Sleep duration did not significantly correlate with complications ( p = 0.375; RR = 1.051), and those reporting satisfactory health status approached significance ( p = 0.056; RR = 1.149).
A higher BMI showed a trend towards a subsequent MS diagnosis following ON (OR 1.1074, 95% CI [0.998, 1.115], p = 0.056), (Fig. 2 , Supplementary Tables 1 , 2 ).
12 , the difference between slow-paced and unedited scenes went in the same direction and approached significance ( p = 0.056), suggesting that the null results could be due to low statistical power.
Considering only the MEM anticipations towards the target direction, differences between ASD and TD became marginally significant ( p = 0.056, d = 0.5, see Table 4 ).
BDNF protein levels showed a trend towards upregulation ( P = 0.056), while expression levels for Bdnf were significantly downregulated in the cortex of LRRK2 KO mice (Fig. 7 A 1 and B 2 ).
However, beta dispersion analyses showed significance among sampling locations was significant for Bray–Curtis distances (PERMDISP p < 0.001) and showed a near-significant trend for weighted UniFrac (PERMDISP p = 0.056).
