As with the preliminary signature from the broad-spectrum analysis, in our model, animals from the 20 Gy group were less distinguishable from the others although the AUC was close to significance ( p-value = 0.06).
This analysis yielded a marginally significant main effect of scalp location [ F (1, 23) = 3.82, p = 0.06, η p 2 = 0.14], showing that 8–13 Hz rhythm is tended to be suppressed stronger in central C3 and C4 sites; a significant interaction effect between chase type and scalp location [ F (1, 23) = 4.65, p = 0.04, η p 2 = 0.17].
We detected 14 (37.8%) lincRNA/mRNA pairs with the H2H type, which shows marginally significant over-representation ( p = 0.06, one-sided Binomial test) relative to the global distribution.
Association of T2 lesion metrics with clinical outcome scores In the OPERA II dataset, log-transformed baseline T2 TLV showed a trend ( p = 0.06) towards association with CDP24 when using the GT or model-predicted masks (Table 4 ) in the univariable CPH analysis.
Revealing a clear modulation of this preference, a two-by-two ANOVA performed on the proportion of choices favoring the slot option with a lower expected pay-off, with the social decision associated with that slot option (conforming or dissenting) and the size of the difference in pay-offs between options (large or small) as factors, yielded a main effect of social decision (F(29) = 7.40, p < 0.05, ηp2 = 0.20) and a main effect of the difference in pay-offs (F(29) = 17.88, p < 0.001, ηp2 = 0.38), as well as a marginally significant interaction ( p = 0.06).
Indirect measurement of maximal oxygen consumption (VO 2 max) A significant time × group interaction was detected for estimated VO 2 max (F(2,31)= 7.649, p = 0.002, partial η 2 = 0.330), along with a significant main effect of group (F(2,31)= 5.705, p = 0.008, partial η 2 = 0.269), whereas the effect of time narrowly missed significance ( p = 0.060).
Meanwhile, patients with BBH exhibited a borderline significance in serum level of CA 15.3 ( p = 0.06) and displayed a non-significant elevation in either miR-760 or miR-1973 expression levels ( p = 0.556 and p = 1, respectively).
A statistically near-significant negative correlation was found between the median values of TAWSS and lumen area change (ρ = − 0.62, p = 0.06), suggesting that lower values of TAWSS are associated with a higher lumen area reduction.
In warming treatment plots, leaf length was also smaller in wet meadow than Dryas heath (linear comparisons, p = 0.0023), and almost significantly larger in wet meadow than in tussock tundra (linear comparisons, p = 0.06).
The two-way interaction between Trial-Type and Switching was only marginally significant, F ( 1 , 20 ) = 3 . 91 , MSe = 0.0012 , p = 0.06 , η p 2 = 0.16 .
2 A, all tested cell lines demonstrated increased DT under hypoxia, with FaDu and Detroit-562 showing significantly delayed proliferation, while 2A3 cells exhibited a near-significant change ( p = 0.06).
However, patients with high-grade tumours showed a strong trend towards increased PAPP-A expression ( P = 0.06), and a similar trend was noted in lymph node status, where higher expression was noted in patients positive for lymph node involvement.
The mean ± standard deviation for the minimum variation was 0.39 ± 0.86 mm (95% CI, − 0.33 mm to 1.11 mm) for the test tablet intake and 0.17 ± 0.18 mm (95% CI, 0.02 mm to 0.32 mm) for the control tablet intake, with a significant trend between two groups for the trial tablet ( p = 0.06), order ( p = 0.15), and phase factors ( p = 0.07).
There was no significant difference in the oxygen consumption rate of Complexes I, II or IV with regards to either sex or AKI status in the kidneys, however the OCR of Complex I approached significance (P = 0.06) with females trending higher than males (Supplementary Fig. 2 ).
While the dopaminergic neuron density remained on a similar level in transgenic α-SYN mice of both ages ( p > 0.05), a clear trend towards an increase in these neurons was apparent in wild-type mice from 6 to 12 months ( p = 0.06), consistent with previous reports 15 .
Moreover, we found a marginally significant difference in cortisol levels between T1 and T3, t (152) = 2.84, p = 0.06, r = 0.22 with a larger effect for the humor group compared to the control one (2.0 and 0.38 respectively).
