Serial dilution experiments demonstrated significant disparities at moderate dilutions (1:1, p = 0.0444, Figure 3I ; 1:2, p = 0.0364, Figure 3J ), highly significant disparities at intermediate dilutions (1:10, p = 0.0004, Figure 3K ; 1:20, p = 0.0007, Figure 3L ; 1:50, p = 0.0007, Figure 3M ), and significant disparities at high dilutions (1:100, p = 0.007, Figure 3N ; 1:1000, p = 0.0047, Figure 3O ), while there was no significant difference at extreme dilution (1:10000, Figure 3P ).
The pairwise comparisons versus the control condition evidenced a significant decrease starting at 10 −6 M in the 10–12 DW testes, with an even more pronounced impact at 10 −5 M ( p = 0.0005), as well as a highly significant decrease at 10 −5 M in 8 – 10 DW testes ( p = 0.0004) for the CBD/THC mix (Fig. 5 C).
There was no difference in the slopes ( P = 0.58), but the difference in elevation was highly significant ( P = 0.0004), indicating that WT and M/Mt-CK −/− hearts do not share the same relationship for d P /d t max versus heart rate, but instead run in parallel (i.e. for any given heart rate, d P /d t max is lower in M/Mt-CK −/− hearts).
The individual components of queenness, ovarian development and dominance were also significant or near-significant predictors of SVM classification individually (ovarian development: slope±SE = 0.0426 ± 0.0113, p = 4.0 × 10 −4 ; dominance: slope±SE = 0.0231 ± 0.0122, p = 0.06).
There is a highly significant correlation ( p = 0.0004) between expression of Pparγ protein levels on day 7 and Ampk protein levels on day 14 ( Figure 8 A).
We noted a significant trend (p = 0.0004) across MC1R risk categories with tendency to burn: Hispanic individuals in the medium (OR: 3.4, 95% CI: 1.2–9.2; p = 0.017) and high (OR: 8.4, 95% CI: 2.5–28; p = 0.0005) MC1R risk categories were more likely to report skin that burned (including sunburn without blistering and severe burning with blistering) compared to those in the low MC1R risk category.
ANOVA analysis revealed a highly significant difference between the various year groups ( F = 8.722; df = 3, 25; P = 0.0004) in the forest zone ( Fig. 3B ).
Both were found to be positively correlated (Pearson correlation coefficient, r = 0.479) and this correlation was highly significant ( P = 0.0004).
The difference in positive detection rates between ORF1 and ORF2 was highly significant (P = 0.0004).
showed a trendp = 0.0004
The F2/F3 amplitude ratio showed a trend having a maximum at an intermediate distance along the recording transect (χ2 = 12.7, df = 1, p = 0.0004; F2/F3 dB = 5.05+0.03493*dist-0.00004*dist2).
Overall, the S1 score showed an increasing trend ( p = 0.0004), between <CIN2 (interquartile range (IQR) 17, 68, median 70), CIN2 (IQR 69, 70, median 73) and CIN3 (IQR 71, 74, median 77).
For both the spatial distance as well as the temporal lag this improvement is highly significant (distance: t(14) = 4.70; p = 0.0004; lag: t(14) = 4.13; p = 0.001) when comparing the first delay trial with the last delay trial.
Over the finishing period (10–22 weeks of age), there was a highly significant difference between both vaccinated groups and the NC group ( p = 0.0004), but not between the PCVM and FLEX groups (see Table 4 ).
Trend analysis showed that the tuberculosis treatment failure rate had an increasing trend from 2015 to 2021 ( Z = 3.563, P = 0.0004) (Fig. 1 a).
Self-reported engagement in muscle-strengthening exercise showed a similar pattern, with highly significant differences at all three follow-up times (p=0·0004, p=0·0004, and p=0·0006).
In contrast, there was a highly significant inverse correlation in SLE patients ( r = -0.587, P = 0.0004), such that low activation status was linked with higher IMT score.
The difference in specific binding was highly significant (p = 0.0004).
There was a highly significant association between the presence or absence of both types of receptor and the histological grade (REC vs. grade P=0.0004: REC vs. grade P=0.0001).
The difference in the complete sealant retention rates between the groups is found to be statistically highly significant at all the follow-up intervals ( p = 0.0004, 0.0001, and 0.0001 at 6, 12, and 18-month intervals, respectively).
