The neck pain results showed a negative trend of having a lower index value for subjects reporting neck pain vs. patients without neck pain [ p = 0.440, A = 0.636, p(P < A) = 0.03].

Conversely, for participants with a family history of AD (FH+), there was a positive trend between vitamin B12 intake and connectivity in IC 8 (beta value = 0.0007; p = 0.4703), and a negative trend for IC 19 (beta value −0.0006; p = 0.4549), although these trends were not statistically significant.

In women, positive trends between the time elapsed since COVID-19 infection onset (less than 2 years) and physical health (Tau = 0.050, P = .51), mental health (0.044, P = .56), and reaction time (0.035, P = .63), with fatigue being significantly affected (Tau = 0.158, P = .039), and also a negative trend with error rates (Tau = −0.055, P = .46) were observed.

The model indicated a negative trend in AMH levels from the first to the fourth quartile, with a slope of −0.02 ( p = 0.467).

A negative trend between the appendicular skeletal muscle mass parameter (ASSM) and the expression of PTGER4 has been noted (r = −0.224, p = 0.484).

Restricted cubic spline analysis revealed a positive linear relationship for the risk of limb ischemia (linear, P = 0.006; area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of 0.75 [95% CI, 0.656–0.848]), a U-shaped trend for bleeding events (nonlinear, P = 0.214), and a negative trend for thrombotic events (linear, P = 0.552).

Across forests, the SL CWM increases strongly with climate PC1 (R 2 = 0.32, t = 3.94, df = 26, p = 0.001), corresponding to a negative trend with moister, warmer climates, whereas grasslands do not show a significant association (R 2 = 0.009, t = −0.58, df = 27, p = 0.56).

Among non-survivors, the length of hospital stay showed a negative trend with SAA levels; however, this trend was not statistically significant (Spearman’s r s = 0.004, 95% CI: −0.124–0.132, p = 0.569). 4.

The GEJC in females showed a negative trend (15.26 to 12.35, a 19% decrease over 30 years), with a − 0.08 ([95% CI: − 0.39 to 0.24], P = 0.596) per 1,000,000 person-years average annual decline (Table 1 and Supplementary Table 2 ).

In order to exclude the possibility that the NLR trend was due to a concurrent bacterial or fungal superinfection, we compared the rates of superinfections among patients who had a positive trend with those who had a negative trend and observed that the presence of a superinfection was not associated with a higher NLR trend at admission (χ 2 (1, N = 469) = 0.45, p = 0.6) ( Fig. 4 ).

Although a negative trend was observed between olfactory scores and age, the correlation was not statistically significant ( r = –0.043, p = 0.634), indicating no reliable linear association in this sample.

Preoperative irradiation also showed a negative trend (OR 0.63, 95% CI: 0.3-1.2), though it was not a significant independent factor in this cohort (p = 0.8376).

For human-generated summaries, general plausibility demonstrated a negative correlation ( r = −.91, P = .833), and linguistic style also showed a negative trend ( r = −.58, P = .979).

For athletes competing in 1500 ​m, a significant and positive trend was shown for Denmark and Spain, while Germany and Sweden showed a negative trend.

As expected from the maps above, there is a negative trend between the NDVI values and slope i.e., pasture productivity tends to be greatest in flat areas ( Fig 5 ).
