MFC-MRD–free survival showed a favorable trend in the maintenance group, although this did not reach statistical significance (2-year MFC-MRD–free survival: 85.5% [95% CI, 74.4–98.3] vs. 68.7% [95% CI, 57.3–82.4], p = 0.051).

Swallowing dysfunction showed a trend toward higher malnutrition risk (RRR = 4.07), though this did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.070).

The Group × Time interaction showed a trend toward significance but did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.08), suggesting a greater decline in the gastric bypass group.
