In the ovarian tissues of dairy goats during the breeding season, the expression levels of fatty acid synthase (FASN) ( p < 0.01), low-density lipoprotein receptor (LDLR) ( p < 0.05), follicle stimulating hormone receptor (FSHR) ( p < 0.05), TMEM205 ( p < 0.05), TM7SF2 ( p < 0.05), ABHD6 ( p < 0.01) and SLC35G1 ( p < 0.05) were significantly increased ( Figures 5A – G ), and the fold change showed a trend similar to the corresponding counts per million (CPM) values in the RNA sequencing results, indicating the accuracy of the RNA sequencing data ( Figure 5H ).
However, in an exploratory analysis of high-risk patients (pT3/4), those who received adjuvant therapy ( n = 6) showed a trend towards longer RFS compared to a matched group who did not ( n = 12), although this was not statistically significant (median RFS 15.2 vs. 9.8 months, p = 0.18), highlighting the need for larger, prospective trials.
Although the increase in scavenging temperature caused an increase in the cylinder temperature, the increase in scavenging temperature caused an increase in the volume of scavenging air per unit mass, resulting in a decrease in the amount of fresh air in the cylinder, which led to a decrease in the combustion reaction rate of the natural gas, and the heat release rate curve also showed a trend of decreasing with the increase in scavenging temperature (Fig. 14 ).
Although combination therapy showed a trend toward greater improvement in eye symptoms compared to both monotherapies (levocetirizine: SMD [95% CI]: −0.75 [−2.11 to 0.61]; I 2 = 97.2%, montelukast: SMD [95% CI]: −1.30 [−2.85 to 0.26]; I 2 = 96.7%), these differences were not statistically significant.
