In particular, the latter assays highlighted the effect of processing under controlled pilot plant conditions on the levels of As, Cd, Pb, and Ni, mainly by producing a marked trend toward a reduction in As content in the milling fractions.
It has been reported that, from 2012 to 2020, the production of scallops showed an increasing trend, with total scallop production reaching 1.75 million tons in 2020 (China fishery statistical yearbook).
[ 55 ], who studied biscuits prepared with wheat flour and with different percentages of defatted and non-defatted flaxseed flour, observing a decreasing trend in the DPPH assay value over 3 months’ storage. 3.2.4.
The G ′ and G ′′ values of the filled hydrogel samples exhibited an increasing trend with an increase in CaCl 2 levels (0–4 mM), and the point of tan δ = 1 shifted to lower frequency values.
Interestingly, there was a significant trend between regular and agglomerated powders, irrespective of NI, with agglomerated powders consistently having lower T g values than regular powders at 23, 33, and 44% RH ( Table 2 ).
White flour cookies with no addition of date seed powder were obviously lighter than cookies of whole wheat flour, and the lightness of the composite cookies displayed a decreasing trend with the increasing level of addition; the higher level of addition, the darker the cookie.
Under accelerated storage, the yellowness (b*) of both types of ghee showed a decreasing trend, with FG0 losing almost all of its yellowness (2.74 at 30 days), and GG0 showed a decreasing trend to 28.98 after 30 days of storage ( Figure 1 A,C).
At different ratios, the degree of substitution keeps an increasing trend with increasing temperature until the temperature reaches the central point, and decreases after reaching the central point.
Shorter reaction times would lead to incomplete reactions, but when the reaction time was more than 2.5 h, the degree of substitution showed a decreasing trend.
The simple fluorescent ratio SFR_R that is correlated to the chlorophyll content in berries had a decreasing trend without fluctuation until DOY 280 (harvest time).
The sugar content had an increasing trend, while the acidity was decreasing during maturation and reached at harvest an average TSS of 17.9 °Brix and an acidity value of 4.86 g/L with no significant differences among the blocks.
As a result of the GC-MS analysis, increasing the content of D-carvone from 61.89%, 69.25% and 78.2% resulted in drying temperatures of 35 °C, 45 °C and 55 °C, respectively; while a decreasing trend of other volatile compounds, including D-Limonene, cineole and l-caryophyllene was detected as drying temperature elevated.
As shown in Table 1 , with the prolongation of ultrasonic treatment time, the total sulfhydryl content of CPI showed a trend of first increase and then decrease.
Because the low-temperature environment is not the optimal temperature for enzymes in microorganisms, the SOD activity of the two strains showed a decreasing trend.
