The synthesis of leukotriene D 4 (LTD 4 ) showed an increasing trend, while those of 15-lipoxygenase (LOX)-derived metabolites (15-hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid (15-HETE) and 17- hydroxydocosahexaenoic acid (17-HDoHE)) were decreased in the ACO/eCOPD group.
Excerpts
The aggrecan and collagen 2 of the DHJSD treatment group were significantly better than those of the model group at the same time point, and the in vivo inflammatory factors IL-5, IL-1β, and TNF-α, as well as MMP13 and MMP2, showed a trend contrary to that of the ECM.
In this context, the observed changes in the expression of these proteins may be significant for understanding susceptibility to E. caproni infection, particularly in relation to the development of Th1-type immune responses and a lack of responsiveness to IL-25.
Based on the analysis of immune infiltration, macrophage infiltration exhibited an increasing trend in all three models of ALI.
The impact of chronic opioid use on influenza vaccine-induced antibody responses has been previously examined only in a small study with a limited number of young PWoH, who used heroin ( 43 ) and showed a trend towards enhanced HAI Ab titer compared to those who did not use heroin, but did not show statistically significant differences ( 43 ).
Similarly, FC levels showed a decreasing trend over time from a baseline median of 443 μg/g (IQR 213-746) to 329 μg/g (145-701) at week 12, 193 μg/g (91-412) at week 24 and 178 μg/g (101-640) at week 52.
Association of statin use with irAEs in CTLA-4 inhibitor therapy In the cohort treated with CTLA-4 inhibitors, an analysis revealed a nonsignificant trend toward an enhanced risk of irAEs among patients using statins compared to their non-statin-using counterparts.
For example, participants exhibiting symptoms at Week 4 showed a trend toward elevated CCL4 (MIP-1β) levels compared to asymptomatic individuals.
PPARα agonists are highly significant in managing dyslipidemia and metabolic syndromes by reducing plasma triglyceride levels ( 8 , 8 ).
Analysis of lung T cell responses revealed an increasing trend in the frequency of important CD4 and CD8 T cell subsets, and T effector memory cells with a Th1 cytokine (IFNγ and TNFα) signature among immunised mice.

In summary, current research indicates a clear trend.
3.2 IL-18 receptor components are selectively upregulated in allergic NK and T cells In a public scRNA-seq dataset from an AC mouse model, the Il18r1 homolog of the IL-18 receptor was significantly upregulated in conjunctival tissue of allergy-model mice compared with controls (avg_log2FC = 1.15, P-adj = 0.02657758), while Il18rap (the accessory protein) showed a trend towards increased expression ( Table 2 ).
Surprisingly, TRIP13 expression showed significant elevation in five different CRPC tissues, with an increasing trend observed in the final dataset ( Figure 9A ).
Compared with the NC group, the Firmicutes/Bacteroidota (F/B) ratio of the DSS group showed an increasing trend; compared with the DSS group, the F/B ratio of the El1405 group showed a decreasing trend.
showed that five branched-chain and aromatic amino acids (isoleucine, leucine, valine, tyrosine, and phenylalanine) had highly significant associations with future diabetes, with a combination of three amino acids predicting future diabetes with more than fivefold higher risk for individuals in the top quartile ( 11 ).

ECP demonstrated a positive trend in overall survival compared to other treatments, but the results were not significant.
The medium and low-dose groups also showed a trend of improvement, though the effects were less pronounced than in the high-dose group.
And in KEYNOTE-062 trial, pembrolizumab demonstrated clinically meaningful efficacy in patients with a CPS of 10 or higher for PD-L1, with better survival in patients with high PD-L1 expression, indicating that patients with higher levels of PD-L1 expression showed a trend toward better survival ( 42 , 43 ).
Consistent with the in silico model, silencing SLC1A3 in vitro triggered a dramatic, highly significant downregulation of the entire predicted perivascular interactome ( Figure 5G ).

We also observed a clear trend of highest production of these cytokines in PBMC from LTBI donors, though this did not reach statistical significance due to a small sample size (n=12).
For ocludin, ZO-1, and TLR4, all three showed a trend of increasing compared with the controls, although the result was not statistically significant.
Additionally, ethnic minority status and low baseline CD3 + levels showed a trend toward higher ORR in univariate logistic regression analysis, though without statistical significance, warranting further validation through long-term follow-up.
We further gated pro-B cells, memory B cells, and plasma B cells; however, the numbers of these cells did not increase but instead showed a decreasing trend ( Figures 4c, d ; Supplementary Figure S11 ).
While the DSS group exhibited a decreasing trend in the ACE index relative to the other three cohorts, this difference did not reach statistical significance ( Figure 5A ).
Thoracic consolidation radiotherapy (TRT) showed a trend toward an OS benefit compared to systemic therapy alone, although this did not reach statistical significance (P = 0.073; Supplementary Figure S2 ).
