We screened FAERS data from 2004Q1 to 2024Q3, identified 5523 drugs with available Simplified Molecular-Input Line-Entry System (SMILES) representations, and constructed a signal-enriched dataset of 1676 compounds with nominally significant broad-SCAR associations after excluding predefined therapeutic/supportive confounders.
Excerpts
Changes in GFAP levels were not statistically significant between treatment groups in the 30 min OGD/R experiment, while there was an observed trend of overall decrease in GFAP-positive staining in the Cl-amidine-treated groups ( Figure 5 (C.1)).
When assessing S100B-positive staining ( Figure 5 D), Cl-amidine showed a trend (albeit non-significant) of reducing S100B-positive signal in all conditions assessed ( Figure 5 (D.1–D.3)), with significant effects observed in the 1 h OGD/R experiment ( p ≤ 0.05), also in conjunction with LPS stimulation at the lower dose (* p ≤ 0.05) ( Figure 5 (D.2)). 2.6.
Metabolomics Analysis Reveals the Regulatory Role of G-Rh2 in the Metabolic Network of CHD The unsupervised PCA model showed a trend of separation between the C and M groups ( Figure 7 a).
A prominent hotspot was detected on chromosome 6A, especially in 2005, where a dense group of highly significant markers was localized in the 611–613 Mb interval.
Phenotypic evaluation showed highly significant differences in plant height among the extreme lines across two years and two locations.
Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) identified 2478 markers significantly associated with yield, including 47 highly significant markers (Logarithm of the Odds − LOD > 4.0).
Muc2 mRNA expression showed a decreasing trend in regions 1–3 in the sennoside-treated group ( Figure 2 A).
Conclusions In summary, TurboID has identified potential additional AGAL interaction partners that may be significant for the pathogenesis of FD.
Flow cytometry analysis of microglia extracted from the brain showed a decreasing trend in the proportion of pro-inflammatory CD86 + microglia in the late combination therapy group, whereas the percentage of anti-inflammatory CD206 + microglia did not show a significant difference ( Figure 7 I,J). 3.
However, the outcome was surprising; this approach not only failed to suppress disease relapse but showed a trend toward exacerbating relapse severity.

A clear trend is observed with the incorporation of YMK-I: TS values decreased significantly, while EB increased progressively and significantly with higher concentrations of the kombucha infusion.
Only UrPUB17 and UrPUB40 showed an increasing trend.
The expression levels of UrTCP4 , UrMYB1 , UrMYB14 , UrMYB113 , and UrMYB125 showed a trend of a slow decrease from 0 h to 4 h followed by a sharp increase at 8 h, while UrGATA8 initially decreased sharply before slightly rising at 8 h.
The results shown in Figure 7 indicate a decreasing trend for UrPUB4 , UrPUB11 , UrPUB22 , UrPUB25 , UrPUB29 , UrPUB30 , UrPUB31 , and UrPUB67.
ACT comparison, the following genes were nominally significant at FDR < 0.05: SQLE (log 2 FC = +3.02, p adj = 0.008), ACACA (log 2 FC = +1.18, p adj = 0.004), HMGCR (HMG-CoA reductase; log 2 FC = +1.49, p adj = 0.033), and LDLRAP1 (log 2 FC = +3.05, p adj = 0.049); at the relaxed FDR < 0.10 threshold, CETP (log 2 FC = −1.29, p adj = 0.094), PPARG (log 2 FC = −1.34, p adj = 0.083), SCD5 (log 2 FC = +1.19, p adj = 0.100), and FASN (log 2 FC = +0.95, p adj = 0.059) were additionally flagged.
Continuous score analysis demonstrated a nominally significant incremental association with overall survival, but this was a post hoc exploratory finding that requires prospective validation before any prognostic application.
In line with these limitations, the observed associations should be regarded as borderline significant, with q values ranging from 0.05 to 0.10, and may not persist in larger, independent datasets.

Effect of Natural Hail Damage on Phenolic Profile and Antioxidant Activity A clear trend of increasing phenolic compound concentrations was observed with escalating damage intensity, with maximal values recorded under total hail damage conditions ( Table 2 ).
In contrast, p -coumaric acid showed no significant differences among treatments, although a decreasing trend was observed with increasing damage intensity.

During the initial highly active phases, where animals inherently exhibit vigorous escape-oriented struggling, the reduction in immobility in the hM4Di + C21 group showed a clear trend but did not reach statistical significance ( Figure 5 F,G; Block 1: p = 0.1742; Block 2: p = 0.0672).
Although IL-6 levels did not differ significantly among the groups, a decreasing trend was observed in the KLDR group at both the mRNA and protein levels ( Figure 3 B).
In our model, HIV and schistosome co-exposed mice showed a marginally significant increase in lung CD4 + T cells compared to HIV untreated counterparts, but similar values to those of egg-treated Wt mice.
A significant trend observed in our research was an increase in the abundance of actinomycetes exposed to both PLA and LDPE.
PRS percentiles were higher in FD than in the moderate-to-low PRS group (ΔMe 8, 95% CI: 0−15; p = 0.048), with borderline significance.
