This EWS test applied to our “real” paleoclimate AMV reconstruction indicates a highly significant increase in the AMV’s memory over the recent period for all window lengths: \documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$${\tau }{\in }$$\end{document} τ ∈ [0.47,0.55] ( P < 0.01 for all, Fig. 6a , “Methods”).
Excerpts
The relevance of these variables for explaining changes in mollusk species composition is demonstrated by the highly significant correlations between site scores on the first two PCoA axes (using the entire variance of the species data) (Supplementary Fig. 1 , Supplementary Table 3 ) and the CCA (using only the variance explained by the given factors) (Fig. 2 , Supplementary Table 2 ).
In addition, carriers of the risk allele at rs1869799 and rs1535532 also showed a trend towards higher cortisol over aldosterone ratio (Supplementary Fig. 9 b, d), and carriers of the risk allele at rs1902272 a trend towards lower corticosterone levels (Supplementary Fig. 9 f).
Cluster 1 represents Msx1 + Acan + cells and cluster 2 represents Msx1 + Col6a5 + cells, and cluster 2 showed a trend toward cluster 3 (Supplementary Fig. 11g–j ).
There were 5,908 unique ATAC peaks with at least one nominally significant peak-gene allelic effect, predominantly in promoter ( N = 2312, 39%) and intronic regions ( N = 2082, 35%).
a positive trendgold
A positive trend, distinct from the repeat decade forcing oscillation, emerges only in the mid–1990s (light pink line, Fig. 4 a), and is likely linked to the observed shift of the Interdecadal Pacific Oscillation into a negative phase.
However, with a substantial proportion of the population successfully being linked to treatment due to testing, there may be significant cost savings (to both hospitals and patients) from averted hospitalizations, specifically among patients who may be driven to debt as a result of these expenses 19 – 21 .
This study highlighted the benefits of standard LDR and higher cell dose for robust T-cell expansion, identified product attributes associated with response, and showed a trend in tumor remodeling post T-cell infiltration.
In NHL, Faecalibacterium , Bifidobacterium , and Ruminococcus were significantly (or almost significantly) enriched in CR versus PR and in patients not having a remission (NR), consistent with our results in myeloma (Supplementary Fig. 5e ).
While loss of IL-1β restricted to hematopoietic cells showed a trend towards increased levels of IL-1Ra in BM, this trend was not observed in mice with complete loss of IL-1β in all tissues (Supplementary Fig. 7c ), suggesting that the overall activity of IL-1 signaling is reduced when IL-1β is lost in hematopoietic cells only.
a clear trendgold
Integration of hscScore into our dataset revealed a clear trend toward increasing hscScores in phMPP2s across development, and a significant increase in hscScores among phLT-HSCs around birth (Fig. 4f ), consistent with our functional studies (Fig. 3 ).
However, Dex-treated control mice showed a trend toward decrease in soluble protein concentration, although the changes were not statistically significant (Supplementary Fig. 12K ).
Importantly, the SV genes reported by scGCO and SPARK demonstrated a highly significant overlap (73.95%, 5466 out of 7391 genes), while spatialDE uniquely reported 4367 SV genes, suggesting that scGCO and SPARK shared a higher reproducibility (Fig. 6d ).
In addition, the proportions of CD4 + and CD8 + T cells in tumors showed an increasing trend from type 1 to type 3 TETs, which was contrary to the pattern observed for DN and DP cells (Fig. 2g ).
For CBFB-MYH11 AMLs, fusion breakpoint location 21 nearly reached significance in prediction of EFS within our training cohort (Supplementary Fig. 11 ) and reached significance within our previously published results when the CBFB-MYH11 AML cohort was analyzed in aggregate 43 .
a positive trendgold
However, a positive trend in deposition was observed in the Caucasus likely due to increasingly dry conditions in North Africa and the middle East 41 .
a negative trendgold
Past trends (1979–2018) The simulated SMOD for snow with BC and dust shows a negative trend over the last decades (1979–2018) indicating earlier snowmelt (Fig. 3 ).
a clear trendgold
We observe a clear trend indicating a gradual increase in length (Fig. 3A, B ).
4b ) while HLNL showed a trend reduction at the highest tested concentration (Fig. 4c ).
The UV-vis absorption of the sample showed a decreasing trend at longer wavelengths typical for Au-SR clusters 62 (SR: thiol ligand) (Fig. 1c ).
RAS84 has highly significant effect size between the two groups.
Importantly, while Faecalibacterium and Roseburia showed highly significant genetic associations with variation in the RIL population, they did not exhibit significant differences between the parental lines, suggesting these microbial phenotypes and genetic associations in the RILs could be due to transgressive segregation.
Finally, fasting induced an almost significant change in C18:3n3, C18:2n6, C14:0 (myristic acid) and C18:1n9cis (oleic acid) in brain (Fig.

S5e ) damages; and from leukopenia (most strongly monocyte counts, but also showing a clear trend in total white blood cells and lymphocyte counts, Fig.

7b ), there is an overall trend of elevated hepatic medium chain acylcarnitines and significantly decreased β-hydroxybutyrate (Supplementary Fig. 7c , Fig. 5f ), suggesting that hepatic MAT1A deficiency is associated with reduced hepatic fatty acid oxidation.
