In addition, pairwise analysis of similarity [ 25 ] suggested that there were highly significant differences between the Cn and Fe groups (global R = 0.139, P = 0.045), the Cn and FP groups (global R = 0.239, P = 0.004), the Cn and Po groups (global R = 0.253, P = 0.005), the Fe and FP groups (global R = 0.387, P = 0.003), the Fe and Po groups (global R = 0.436, P = 0.004), and the FP and Po groups (global R = 0.165, P = 0.05) ( Table 1 ).
Cancerous and paracancerous normal tissues from patients at different stages of cancer development and progression had a similar level of CASP8 mRNA expression ( Figure 4 ), although cancerous tissues from patients at T4 stage had a marginally significant higher mRNA expression than paired paracancerous normal tissues ( P = 0.045; Figure 4c ).
There was no significant main effect of treatment (F(3,117) = 2.441, p = 0.068) - only of time (F(4,117) = 4.155, p = 0.003), and a marginally significant interaction between the two (F(12, 117) = 1.870, p = 0.045).
No significant differences are found in T-scores between the three groups in most of the EF subscales and global executive composite scale, except for the marginally significant contribution of the working memory subscale (p = 0.045).
Median 3D7 MSP2 IgG levels were consistently higher in cohort 2 compared to cohort 1 at all time points ( Figure 2 ; Table 4 ), although this did not reach statistical significance except at day 168 for which there was some evidence of increased 3D7 MSP2 responses in cohort 2 compared to cohort 1 (P = 0.045).

Moreover, an analysis of peanut-extract specific IgE titers (listed in Table 1 ) and T cell cytokine production revealed a significant correlation for IL-5 (p<0.0001), IL-17 (p<0.0001) and IL-10 (p = 0.03) production in response to the P19 pool, whereas correlation between sIgE and extract-specific T cell responses only reach borderline significance for IL-5 (p = 0.045) and IL-17 (p = 0.043) ( Table 2 ).

One variable became of borderline significance: injecting crystal methamphetamines (AOR 23.8; 95%CI 1.1–524.4; p = 0.045).
Simple t -tests contrasting the trait values of those recombinants subjected to WGS- or MSG-based genotyping were not significant in most cases ( p > 0.1 for lobe area, height, width, height-to-width ratio, PC2, and PC3), and only nominally significant in one case that does not survive correction for multiple testing ( p = 0.045 for PC1).
Only one marginal significance was observed between May and August samples by unweighted UniFrac (adjusted p = 0.045), which can diminish if the ASV table is re-rarefied.
Figure 2d, 2e and 2f show that there were borderline significant differences between the groups for both EIM (p = 0.045) and CMAP (p = 0.043); MUNE showed no significant difference between the groups.
Finally, while residency (in-state vs out-of-state) was not statistically significant in the respondents only model it became marginally significant (p-value = 0.0451) in the completed-data model.
Availability of forest clearings was a weakly significant predictor of gorilla nest density at the stratum level (Gorilla nest density = 0.008626 Clearing + 0.049705, R 2 = 0.58; p = 0.0454).
barely statistically significantp = 0.0459
The association between TGF-βRII and p-Smad2 resulted barely statistically significant (p = 0.0459): only 1 among the 9 p-Smad2 negative patients resulted positive to TGF-βRII and 10 among the 20 p-Smad2 positive resulted positive to TGF-βRII.
Statistical tests showed that uptake was significantly greater downstream of the branch than upstream in the immature rabbits (p = 0.0024); there were no such differences for the mature and ex-breeder rabbits (p = 0.68 and p = 0.31 respectively), whereas in the >5 year old female rabbits there was a significant trend in the opposite direction (p = 0.046).
A borderline significant decrease in systolic (p = .046) and diastolic (p = .047) pressure was noted at T12 and T24 compared to T0 in the sLMP group.
The associations of the highest stress category with systolic BP, diastolic BP and MAP remained after full adjustment for confounders: Children from mothers in the highest stress category, which denotes the presence of three or four stressors, had a borderline significant 1.5 mmHg higher systolic BP (p = 0.046), a 1.5 mmHg higher diastolic BP (p = 0.04) and a 1.5 higher MAP (p = 0.02), compared with the children of mothers in the no stress category.
During hypnotic hypoalgesia we found that current density at BA3 contralateral to the stimulated hand was a weakly significant predictor (p = 0.046) of perceived pain, while this relation was found to be more robust during hyperalgesia treatment wherein the inclusion of hypnotizability level was highly significant in this relation.
The group difference showed marginal significance ( t (62) = -2.037, p = 0.046, d = 0.509, 95%CI [-17.54,-16.55]).
For plethysmographic measures FRC pleth decreased significantly (p<0.01) 110 mL during the day, whereas a borderline significant (p = 0.046) decrease in ΔFRC pleth-MBW during the day and a borderline significant (p = 0.03) increase in TLC after CPT were observed.

In male subjects, the slope of the regression line fitted to data from subjects with 0 AGG interruptions showed a marginally significant difference from the slope of the regression line fitted to data from subjects with 1 interruption (P = 0.046); no other significant differences in slopes or intercepts of regression lines were seen for male or female subjects.
Our best explanation is that this result may be due simply to the small sample size (N = 10), although even with this small sample, finding that only 3 (30%) colonies that scored as Africanized rather than the expected 60.85%, as found in our large sample of San Diego County foraging workers is marginally significant ( χ 2 = 3.995, P = 0.046).
veronii ( P value = 0.000078) while difference was slightly significant between A. hydrophila and A. veronii ( P value = 0.046).
