Progression-free survival (PFS) analysis was performed in a subgroup of 126 patients (79.7%) and revealed a tendency towards significance (χ2 = 3.4, p = 0.063), for a prolonged median PFS in the CTx + VA group (6.7 months; 95%CI: 4.0–9.0) compared to the CTx group (4.4 months; 95%CI: 2.7–5.9) 6.4% see Fig 4 .
Post hoc analyses indicated a significant difference between the REST and ANTI condition in the right hemisphere (p<0.05), whereas, the difference between HAND and ANTI just failed to reach significance (p = 0.063).
The abundance of unclassified Lachnospiraceae was increased in the ileum in Exp I (p = 0.007) and showed a trend towards increase in Exp III (p = 0.063, Fig 6d ).
First, in the post hoc pairwise comparisons of advertisement judgments by couple composition, advertisements with heterosexual couples only were rated as significantly more memorable than those with no couples ( p = .034), whereas this difference was only marginally significant in the restricted sample ( p = .063).
The ANOVA yielded a significant fixed effect of Age (F(1,118) = 17,541, p < .0001, partial ŋ 2 = 0.411 due to longer overall looking times in 4-month-olds than in 8-month-olds, a significant interaction between Order and Age (F(1,118) = 5.194, p = .025, partial ŋ 2 = .042), and a marginally significant interaction between Order, Age, and Type of AV information (F(1,118) = 3.514, p = .063, partial ŋ 2 = .029).
Table 2 shows that the knowledge of sexual transmission did not vary by age, parity or social background, although the association with educational level was close to significance, with increasing knowledge with increasing years of schooling (p = 0.063).
In the masking task, the data showed a mid-level hump pattern, although the effect of μ soft was only marginally significant, F (2, 12) = 3.69, p = .063, η 2 p = .38, = .91.
For private assertive consumer behavior, the main effect for time was not significant, but there was a time × self-objectification, F (1, 37) = 5.70, p = .022, η p 2 = .13), and a marginally significant time × sexual motivation interaction F (1, 37) = 3.66, p = .063, η p 2 = .09).
Insertions/deletions (INDELs) were less common (98/1267 [7.7%]) than single nucleotide variants (SNVs) (1158/1267 [91.4%]) but showed a trend for higher incidence among discordant variants (Pearson’s p = 0.063); in this context, discordance concerned polyC stretches, as widely discussed for this technology.
We retained two RDA models (out of 8) for statistical significance: the model using sea surface predictors was marginally significant at the full model level (ANOVA, p = 0.063) and for the first axis (ANOVA, p = 0.052), and the model using temperature and current velocity predictors (at sea surface or near-bottom) was significant at the full model level (ANOVA, p = 0.034) and for the first axis (ANOVA, p = 0.035).
It should be noted, though, that including this data point resulted in non-significant differences between freezers and non-freezers, but still showed a trend (p = 0.063), indicating that freezers had a weaker relationship between weight bearing and balance control compared to non-freezers.
It was estimated that the disease-free survival was different according to the preoperative PNI with a marginal significance [≤48.85: 21.75 months (95% CI, 19.03−24.4) vs. >48.85: 51.88 months (95% CI, 43.10−60.66), p = 0.0633, Fig 2A ].
Overall, Kruskal-Wallis analysis revealed a clear trend toward reduction of Rhes expression in both dyskinetic and non-dyskinetic patients, compared to controls ( P = 0.0634; Fig 1B ).
