For the TCGA data set, the correlation was decreased somewhat (Pearson r = 0.25 compared to 0.36 for the full data set) but still highly significant ( P = 6 × 10 -5 ), demonstrating that the correlation with age is only partially explained by IDH1 status.

Cited2 −/− embryos showed a modest yet highly significant decrease in levels of Lmo4 mRNA when compared with wild-type littermates (1.35-fold decrease; P = 0.00006, n = 12 Cited2 +/+ vs. n = 12 Cited2 −/− embryos), but Lmo4 −/− embryos did not show any difference in Cited2 levels (n = 12 Lmo4 +/+ vs. n = 12 Lmo4 −/− embryos; Fig. 5 a,b), indicating that Lmo4 is downstream of Cited2 .
Our study indicates that ffEVs influenced the expression of various genes related to the MAPK pathway (GO:0032873, GO:1900744) in the Cp COCs group, which was also characterized by a highly significant increase in expansion during IVM ( p = 0.00006).
Conversely, in the case of IC7 with bilateral entorhinal cortex involvement, the IC expression demonstrated a highly significant association only with age ( t = 4.05, p < 0.00006) and the association with Aβ attenuates substantially to a statistically insignificant level.

Deleting or duplicating sleep risk genes is associated with autism risk Pooling the MSSNG and SSC datasets yielded highly significant enrichment of insomnia risk (OR = 1.7, 95% CI = 1.5–2.0, p = 6.1 –05 ) and circadian pathway deletions (OR = 4.0, 95% CI = 3.4–4.6, p = 1.3 –05 ), and circadian duplications (OR = 1.8, 95% CI = 1.5–2.1, p = 4.4 –05 ), in ASD compared to controls (see Fig. 3 and Table S6 ). 95% CI of these ORs obtained by bootstrapping confirmed these results (Table S6 ).
Highly significant MTAs (P < 0.000061) under heat stress conditions were identified for flag leaf area ( xwmc336 ), spikelet per spike ( xwmc553 ), grains per spike ( cxfa2147 , xwmc418 and xwmc121 ), biomass ( xbarc7 ) and grain yield ( xcfa2147 and xwmc671 ).
This led the authors to assign scores of very low quality despite highly significant indications of efficacy of LOLA (RR 0.70, 95% CI 0.59, 0.83, Z = 4.01, p < 0.000061).
However, after controlling for the single-gene effect, the partial correlation between TCL and cancer risk is still highly significant (Spearman’s ρ = −0.69, P = 6.10 × 10 −5 ; fig.
The improvement from geno2pheno-C Sanger to geno2pheno-C NGS–Sanger + was highly significant ( p -value = 6.22e – 05), while it was only significant at significance level α = 0.11 or higher for the improvement from geno2pheno-C Sanger + to geno2pheno-C NGS–Sanger + ( p -value = 0.11).
The proportion of direct target genes misregulated in fd-3 seedlings is highly significant according to the one-sided Fisher’s exact test (p = 6.257 × 10 −5 ).
The results obtained show that the differences are highly significant for genes ORF1ab ( p = 6.291 × 10 −5 ) and N ( p = 0.00329), while for gene E differences are only close to significance ( p = 0.0672).
Considering IC 50 value, NHFMEWF (156.32 ± 1.32 μg/mL) was estimated to be just around 50% less potent than that of acarbose (103.77 ± 1.02 μg/mL) in inhibiting α-amylase, which was also analyzed to be highly significant ( p = 0.000063) in contrast to the acarbose.
In contrast, a highly significant difference was observed in adenocarcinoma growth patterns ( p = 6.30 × 10 −5 ).
the lesion) with HYV frequencies ranging from 60–63%, all of which are highly significant ( P < 6.3e-5; Figure 4B ).
This implies 5.3-fold highly significant (p = 6.3×10 −5 ) excess of the observed associations compared to those by chance.
Our analyses show that the linear relationship between the two variables is highly significant (b 1 = 4.65; F (1,10) = 43.2; P = 6.3 × 10 -5 ), with a determination coefficient for b 1 of R 2 = 0.78.

11 and 12 ) and approached significance with percent glycated albumin ( P = 6.4 × 10 −5 ) and total glycated albumin ( P = 2.0 × 10 −6 ) ( Table 2 ). rs2438321 was not associated with HbA 1c in blacks and was not associated with any of the markers of hyperglycemia in whites independently or in a meta-analysis across ancestries ( Tables 1 and 2 ).
While pathway analysis did not identify any canonical pathways to a high level of significance, chemotaxis of eosinophils was identified as a highly significant function ( P = 6.4 × 10 -5 ) (see Additional file 7 ), and eosinophil levels correlated well with RNAs for all of the aforementioned chemokines and cytokine (see Additional file 11 ).
We observed highly significant excess of CD missense URVs in EE/DEE (Fig. 1a , P = 0.0000643, OR = 1.09), whereas there was no significant excess of the other missense/inframe URVs ( P = 0.0861, OR = 1.01).
More specifically, the associated marker IAAV416 of QLyc.sxau-7A.2, located at 712.42–713.74 Mb, exhibited a highly significant level (− log 10 ( P -value) = 4.19–6.86), indicating the presence of genes that regulate lycopene at these loci (Table 2 ).
