The relationship between the time point and membership of the clusters was highly significant (chi 2 P = 1.4 −20 ).
Excerpts
All three were highly significant (largest p value = 1.6e-20 for ADHD).
ANOVA results revealed a highly significant overall effect ( F = 35.3, p = 1.7 × 10 ‐20 ), providing strong evidence of differences between the subject groups.
The TyG index demonstrated a highly significant progressive increase (ANOVA p = 1.74 × 10 −20 ; Kruskal–Wallis p = 7.77 × 10 −21 ), rising from approximately 8.3 in the lowest risk categories (scores 2–3) to about 10.0 in the highest risk group (score 10).
A moderate negative ( r = –0.27), but statistically highly significant ( p = 1.75E-20) correlation was observed between bisecting GlcNAc (FB n /F n total) and core fucosylation of IgG (F n total), which confirmed the results from in vitro studies.
Depression was a highly significant ( P = 1.8 × 10 −20 ) risk factor for AF recurrence after CA (RR: 2.3, 95% CI: 1.75–2.9), supported by suggestive evidence. 39 The mechanism of this association is unclear; however, it has been suggested that depression may be associated with chronic inflammation and can increase sympathetic activit
The distribution of resistance profiles across the years demonstrated a highly significant change (Chi-square = 137.36, p ≈ 2.06 × 10 −20 ), strongly suggesting that resistance patterns have not remained static over time.
A highly significant age correlation was also obtained for the ELOVL2 gene (N = 58) (R = 0.887, p = 2.099 × 10-20).
Because adipocytes are the predominant stromal cell type in mammary tissue, we also performed follow-up analyses using the S-PrediXcan subcutaneous fat model and discovered a highly significant ( p value=2.1 × 10 −20 ) association of ZNF703 with increased breast cancer risk in the four-fold larger BCAC/DRIVE dataset, consistent with the MiXcan stromal cell results in the DRIVE data only.
Gene Polymorphisms Affecting Tumor Suppressor Proteins A polymorphism, rs78378222, in TP53 , which encodes the tumor suppressor TP53 gene, is highly significant for BCC, with an overall OR of 2.16 (95% CI 1.83–2.54; p = 2.2 × 10 −20 ).
Co-ingestion of tablet L-T4 and any interfering drug(s) was associated with serum TSH levels approximately 100% greater than those associated with ingestion of tablet L-T4 alone, the difference being extremely significant (P = 2.2 × 10 −20 ).
There were highly significant differences in regional grey matter volumes, particularly of mid- and hindbrain structures, such as cerebellum (beta = −9.91E-04, T = −9.26, P = 2.25E-20), pons (beta = −5.63E-04, T = −6.23, P = 4.95E-10) and midbrain (beta = −4.00E-04, T = −5.15, P = 2.67E-07) in gout and high urate (Fig. 2 ).
We find a highly significant sharing (P = 2.28e-20) of segment and interaction domain endpoints, with 60.8% (571/939) of interaction domain endpoints also being segment endpoints.
The second locus showing a highly significant association with the erythrocyte Cu levels ( P = 2.6 × 10 −20 ) contains the gene selenium binding protein P (SELENBP1).
Highly significant differences were observed between the means of three variables—the Toronto sample had more PsA patients (93.0% vs. 58.3%, p = 2.9 × 10 −20 ), while the Michigan sample had a higher mean age (51.4 yrs vs. 46.0 yrs, p = 8.6 × 10 −7 ) and a higher percentage of patients with a family history of psoriasis (60.6% vs. 42.9 %, p = 4.5 × 10 −5 ).
The effects of the PRSs for BPH/LUTS and prostate cancer on PSA levels are largely independent since, in a joint analysis the effect of both remained highly significant, i.e. 8.6% increase ( P = 3.0 × 10 −20 ) and 13.3% increase ( P = 4.1 × 10 −43 ), respectively (Table 2b ).
Accordingly, a two-way repeated-measures ANOVA yielded a highly significant interaction between the independent variables ( F = 71.2, df = 5.0, P = 3.1 × 10 −20 , n = 10 cells, Huynh-Feldt correction; Fig. 6 a, c).
Statistical analysis using two-proportion z -tests on both median and maximum values (representing the most conservative estimate) confirmed that from training Day T3 onward, the reduction in “h–c–b” transitions was highly significant compared with baseline (median, T3 p = 3.24 × 10 −20 ; T4 p = 1.73 × 10 −12 ; maximum, T3 p = 3.17 × 10 −18 ; T4 p = 1.73 × 10 −12 ).
Properties of the apo/holo pairs The median resolution across our dataset was 1.6 Å with a small trend towards improved (higher) resolution in the apo structure (0.01 Å, median improvement [holo-apo]; p=3.8 × 10 –20 , Wilcoxon signed-rank test; Figure 1—figure supplement 3A and B ).
In contrast, both upstream and downstream flanking regions have a much higher level of methylation (average 0.72), which is highly significant ( p = 4.86 × 10 −20 and p = 1.71 × 10 −21 , respectively, Wilcoxon rank-sum test) (Additional file 4 ).
In fact, we found a highly significant correlation ( R = 0.2 and P = 5 × 10 −20 ) between RNA accessibility and ribosome density around the translation start sites ( Fig. 4A ), and the peak correlation locates approximately 10 bases upstream of the translation start site, the 5′ position of the occupancy site of the first ribosome in yeast ( Ingolia et al. 2009 ).
There was a notable trend toward lengthening of the 3’UTR in cancer cells ( P = 5.59 × 10 −20 ), with COL1A2 emerging once more as the most prominent finding ( P corr =7.48 × 10 −47 , 61% change) (Figs. 3b, c and 4f ).
We found a highly significant and large effect of the nucleotides at position −3 and at position −2 on translation efficiency (Bonferroni adjusted Kruskal–Wallis test P = 5.7 × 10 −20 for position −3; P = 1.2 × 10 −17 at position −2) ( Fig. 5 A; Supplemental Fig.
Moreover, average methylation turned out to be highly significant on comparison of whole sporadic breast tumor group with the normal group (P = 6.272 × 10 -20 ) (Figure 2b ).
Interestingly, a significant trend arises for all tasks between centralized processing and number of tracts (one-way ANOVA F = 163.39, df = 4, p = 6.62 ⋅ 10 −20 , Figure 6 , A1).
