Then, we checked the expression of CD80, CD86 and MHC-II using flow cytometry after 18h CpG stimulation and observed significant increase in SMRT KD BMcDC1 compared to controls whereas MHC-I showed an increasing trend ( Figure 1C and Supplementary Figure 2C ).
