Even though these results did not withstand a correction of multiple comparison, a clear trend was visible.

Only 2.9% of the patients receiving anti-CTLA4 treatment post-LAD developed lymphedema, indicating a highly significant effect of anti-CTLA4 monotherapy in preventing lymphedema.

There was a highly significant enrichment of Cluster 0-like cells in the previously designated IL1β + cluster (4682 Cluster 0-like cells/7985 IL1β cells) compared to the rest of the dataset (1102 Cluster 0-like cells/52,706 Other cells, χ2 = 25707.926 p < 0.0001, Chi-squared test with Yates correction).

On day12, collagen deposition in the JHA group no longer increased and showed a decreasing trend which prevent excessive inflammation for reducing scarring, while the POF-only group and Iodoform group showed continuous increase, indicating that inflammation delayed the healing time, stimulated scar formation, and slowed down the wound repair process.

An interesting trend was observed between the specific surface areas of TiN synthesized at different ammonia treatment temperatures and their responses to NO 2 : the sensor response was proportional to the specific surface area (Table S4 ).

In our study, DEX treatment in models of asthmatic mothers showed a trend towards increased ILC2s in the lungs of the offspring, suggesting that maternal glucocorticoid use in asthmatic mothers may enhance ILC2 function in the offspring and increase their risk of asthma.
