Pathway analysis was performed and indeed IFN-γ was the most highly significant predicted upstream cytokine regulator of Mac SAR-1 clusters based on their transcriptional profile ( Fig. 4j ) and consistent with the upregulation of IFNG observed in CD4 + T cells in sarcoidosis.

Comparing the molecular response in the three different environments, a clear trend can be observed.

To start with, results in Table 2 show that interaction terms combining disaster frequency with each of the four adaptive capacity variables are insignificant for all three adaptation action types, with the exception of weakly significant effects on expansive actions, suggesting that the effect of event frequency on adaptation actions overall is not mediated by any of the adaptive capacity attributes.

There is a clear trend toward better performance and less variability for larger and less complex tumors.

We observed highly significant P values for binding motifs of OSK factors in OSKM reprogramming peaks and GET binding motifs in GETM reprogramming peaks, supporting our analysis (Fig. 6a, b , Supplementary Figs. 5a –c, 6e, f ).

However, the strongest correlation, although being a medium correlation ( r = 0.37), was a negative trend of the duration of the linear growth segments with the cell mass at the onset of the segment (Supplementary Fig. 10i ).

As an overall trend for materials 3D printed using the PIMS process, as the X n of PBA block increased from 24 to 360, D PBA and d AFM increased from 7 to 23 nm and from 15 to 55 nm, respectively (Supplementary Figs. 11 – 14 ).

Astrogliosis was not significantly correlated with the P3HT-NP density, although the injection of NPs showed a trend for a decrease in GFAP immunoreactivity (Supplementary Fig. 15 ).

The positive correlation was highly significant in all cases, reaching the highest statistical values for the number of contacts between P3HT-NPs and second-order retinal neurons.

This was unexpected since a clear trend towards enrichment of γδ T cells within the bulk CD8+ T cell compartment was observed in the peripheral blood of patients with high disease activity and has also been reported by others 31 – 33 .

Our analyses unravel an overall trend of tropic dry season lengthening and identifying some hotspot regions of changes.

We detected a clear trend: the Ki67, LDHA, and MCT4 levels were increased from grade II to grade III and gained to grade IV (Fig. 2b ), and there was a positive correlation between the levels of above LA metabolic indicators and the extent of glioma proliferation (Supplementary Fig. 1 ).

If the query signature is uploaded by the user in a form of a gene list, the connectivity with iLINCS signatures is calculated as the enrichment of highly significant differential expression levels in iLINCS signature within the submitted gene list using the Random Set analysis 77 .

IHC score showed a positive trend with CD73 mRNA expression in all HGG cases with bulk sequencing from the larger CBTTC cohort ( n = 39), though this did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.052; n = 39) (Fig.

10c ), we did not see a clear trend in the change in the bulk composition of the annealed samples (Supplementary Fig. 8 ), which again suggests that the introduction of defects can occur more easily on the surface than in the bulk of the NCs.

It is plausible that developmental sequence may be significant in circuit assembly beyond the vestibulomotor pathways examined here.

There are also likely to be significant variations across vertebrates in the balance between phasic and tonic vestibular signals, based on characteristics of movement 96 .

The relevance of these variables for explaining changes in mollusk species composition is demonstrated by the highly significant correlations between site scores on the first two PCoA axes (using the entire variance of the species data) (Supplementary Fig. 1 , Supplementary Table 3 ) and the CCA (using only the variance explained by the given factors) (Fig. 2 , Supplementary Table 2 ).
