However, in the current study, the waist-to-height ratio of anthropometric index showed a negative trend with sperm concentration with only borderline significance ( p = 0.052) and a statistically inverse association with normal sperm morphology ( p = 0.004).
Time after predator release had no significant effect on Bt consumption ( P = 0.283) but a marginally significant one on Fo consumption ( P = 0.052; Fig 2A 3 and 2B 3 ).
However, when using Cramer's Phi as effect size parameter, relevant associations between COR week 5 improvement and clinical outcome (response rate, remission rate) could be shown for the reboxetine group which were nearly significant (response rate: Phi = 0.435; p = 0.052; remission rate: Phi = 0.546; p = 0.051), whereas no such association were seen in the mirtazapine group ( Table 3 ).
Although the expression of Pvb was not impacted by isolation rearing conditions ( Fig 8B ), the correlation analysis between the molecular and the behavioral data showed an inverse relationship close to significance (r = -0.276, p = 0.052, Fig 8D ).
Smoking history (never, previous, and current smoking) correlated to blood cadmium (p<0.001), and with borderline significance to plaque cadmium/wet weight (p = 0.052).
However, a total of six SNPs (rs4894559, rs1001793, rs3924519, rs11779484, rs4460370 and rs9314261) showed nominally significant association in different genetics models, and rs4872077 showed a marked trend under a recessive model (p = 0.052) as shown in Table 1 , hence, these seven SNPs could not be completely dismissed.
A borderline significant difference between the groups was found for HADS anxiety showing a higher HADS anxiety in patients with LBP (6.4 ± 4.6, p = 0.052).
For the four linear statistical models of litter loss including the estimated dose rates of organisms types (adj R 2 = 0.33–0.40, F(36, 7) = 4.5–6.0, p<0.002), non-significant terms included moist (t = 1.2–1.3, p>0.21) for all models while size particle fraction > 2mm (log 10 -transformed) was non-significant (t = -1.6, p>0.11) for the two default organism models, nearly significant for the small tube-shape (t = -2.0, p<0.052) and significant for the box shape (t = -2.2, p<0.04).
Effect of beta blocker therapy on additional secondary outcomes Patients with beta-blocker therapy showed a trend to lower NIHSS values at baseline (p = 0.052), while there was no difference in change in NIHSS, CRP or leukocyte count between both groups ( Table 4 ). mRS and Barthel-index were available for 203 patients with a median follow-up of 50 (IQR, 37–73) days.
The comparison between microbiome news/biomedicine news published by SINC vs microbiome papers/biomedicine papers in PubMed almost reached statistical significance (p = 0.052).
By controlling sunlight exposure and smoking prevalence, the explanatory adjusted analysis indicated lead (Pb) also had a significant positive association (P = 0.034), whereas arsenic (As) had borderline significance (P = 0.052) for the incidence of MS.
These differences were not significant for the post-second immunization cells but there was a strong trend (p = 0.052) for the 2 month post-challenge CD4 + T E/EM cells.
Monthly income of <3,000,000 IDR is a factor associated with an increased delay in presentation with marginal significance (odds ratio/OR 2.21, 95% confidence interval/CI 0.99–4.93, p = 0.052).
In contrast, neurons from iPD samples treated with CZC showed a reduction of aSYN, which almost reached statistical significance (p = 0.0523) ( Fig 7D ).
The relative abundance of Bacteroidetes was significantly higher in cases at 12 (P = 0.043) and approaching significance at 24 (P = 0.0524) months of age compared to controls ( S2 Table ).
After adjusting for salient control variables, however, internal medicine practitioners were 1.6 times more likely than infectious disease practitioners to have prescribed PrEP, albeit with borderline significance (95% CI: 0.99–2.60, p = .0524) (main confounder was age).
Analysis showed that female caregivers were more likely than male caregivers to seek information, although this test was marginally significant (χ 2 (1, N = 268) = 3.76 p <0.0526).
We found a marginally significant correlation between increase in LPI and FSIQ ( r = 0.35, p = 0.053), suggesting that individuals with higher intellectual abilities saw greater improvement from the CCT.
