We observed a highly significant correlation between the signature count score and ME in the Test dataset (OR = 1.23 per standard deviation increase, p = 4 × 10 − 21 ) when including sex and the top 10 genetic principal components as confounders in the logistic regression.
This SNP was also highly significant in our analysis ( p = 5.4 × 10 −21 , beta = 0.27 years, effective-allele = G).
Finally, Fbp1 had a highly significant cis eQTL (rs13481847; P =6.1×10 −21 ) in the cochlea that maps ∼100 kb upstream of our peak GWAS SNP on chromosome 13 for ABR threshold after a 24-kHz tone burst.
Results demonstrated that all the three main effects were highly significant: semantic context, F (1,65) = 189.567, p = 6.12e−21, partial η 2 = 0.745; F 0 contours, F (1,65) = 277.133, p = 3.948e−25, partial η 2 = 0.81; group, F (1,65) = 22.554, p = 1.167e−5, partial η 2 = 0.258.
This is a highly significant overlap ( p = 6.14 × 10 –21 by hypergeometric probability).
Urate is relatively low down the list (27 th position), but nonetheless enough data is available to yield a highly significant (top hit p-value = 7.29 x 10 -21 ) GWAS result ( Figure 1 ).
Discussion The BCO2 mutation ( c.196C>T ) identified in the present study showed a highly significant (P = 7. 44 × 10 -21 ) association with yellow adipose tissue in 428 genotyped sheep.
Among them, the pink, purple, yellow, and turquoise modules were highly correlated with the 2-cell to morula stages ( Supplementary Figures S3A,B ), and the correlation was highly significant based on the p value ( p < 10 –20 ).
