The proteinuria reduction for all patients did not reach statistical significance, however, it showed a trend in that direction (p = 0.053).

The near-significant trends observed—slightly lower hemoglobin ( p = 0.053) and slightly lower corrected calcium ( p = 0.075) in fallers—may reflect potential associations that did not reach statistical significance in this sample and are consistent with prior studies in which anemia and subtle disturbances in calcium homeostasis have been reported to be associated with impaired muscle strength, balance instability, and falls [ 39 , 40 ].
